~Flashback~

"Sissy!" The small girly voice called out, holding the hand of a girl a few years older. Her hands struggled to keep hold of the whiney girl, but all fussing seemed to cease when the sound of two oak swords clash against each other. A smile slightly stretches her mouth, the air around her held with maturity. As a twelve year-old and the oldest in the family, she was learning how to run the kingdom as a Queen. Much as the boy with pink hair and dirty clothes in front of her was preparing to be King. "Sissy! Your boyfriend!"

The embarrassment covers the two preteens faces as the young girl breaks away, causing the older girl to reach out. The dress around her knees prohibiting her from bending too far, as arms catch her as she wobbles. "Gil?"

"Princes Meagaret." The boy responds, helping her steady herself. The two look to find the youngest princess still running over to the distant Captain of the Seven Deadly Sins.

"Meli!" The small voice filled with happiness as the young man welcomed her into his arms, joy flooding the entire room. The leaders in trained walk over to them, Gil being polite and helping her walk.

"She wouldn't stop fussing. You haven't been to see her since you got back this morning. She's been waiting on you." Margaret says, a light chuckle lacing her voice, a smile illuminating her regular serious face. "I thought this would lift her spirits. I'm sorry to interrupt you."

"Oh, its not a problem. I would have been there sooner, but Gil wanted to practice with someone different today than usual. Howzer and Griamore just weren't enough." Meliodas chuckles, standing to talk to them. The strawberry headed girl stay close to him, her long sleeves hiding the new symbol that her father had wanted to be hidden. She did her best, and when her sisters caught an odd glimpse of it, the same explanation of abuse from her old parents was always given. She had been branded and tortured. She looks at the sword again, her mind teetering upon an inner debate.

"Gilthunder. You practice enough as it is." The older girl jokes, hiding the real truth in her words.

"He has to be strong for you, Princess. To rule the country with you and command an army, he should be strong. But i think his real goal is to protect you, if you were to ask-"

Margaret shrieks, "Rose! You let go of that sword right now!" Rosie freezes, most like confused because her other older sister practices sword skills all the time.

Meli lifts her up, looking at her as she smiles sweetly, holding the sword. "I wanna learn, Meli."

~Flashback Over~

Chains of lightning surround us, causing Diane to beging struggling. "Captain! Roza! Is everyone okay?"

"I'm sizzling pork over here!" I could hear Hawk cry, the confusion and agony flooding over me as Meliodas hugs me tighter to him. I attempt to send out happier and lighter feelings to them, but was scared by the violence, dampening my powers.

"Rosalinda!? Do you recognize this power?" Elizabeth calls, her body wrapped. She refuses to struggle, and i can't help but relieved that she wasn't causing herself pain.

"Its Gil's!"

As if being called out by the snap of my words, he appears in solver armor, his hair still the same light shade of pink its always been. "Right you are." His chains tighten, causing Hawk to scream out more. "The seven deadly sins, the Serpent Sin and the Wrath sin. How pleasant to find you with the two princesses. Now I can avenge my father and rescue them at the same time."

"Why are you doing this?!" Elizabeth yells, her eyes holsing worry for all of us.

"Gil, they didn't kill your father!" I shriek in return. I hold Meli tighter, earning him holding me tighter as the chains bite into my arms. I could only imagine the burning pain on Elizabeth and Hawk who have no training or pain tolerance.

Meli chuckles, grinning. "I remember you. Little Gil!" I roll my eyes at the slowness of Meliodas, but give him credit for getting it faster than expected. The chains ease up, everyone being released. Diane stares haughtfully as Elizabeth and Hawk run behind her. Meliodas shifts, placing me behind him at an angle, with his arms still secure around me. "I doubt you can beat me though. I did train you after all."

In the time of a single heartbeat, Gilthunder races and attacks Meliodas, who gently shoves me back to Diane, who catches me, as quickly as he can. I stand in front of them, now firmly on my feet, watching as Gil attacks Meliodas, lightning racing up and down his sword.

"Gilthunder you must stop this!" I call out, which causes the young man to stumble on his next move, giving Meliodas time to parry and strike back. "Meliodas, stop!"

"Roza! Let the Captain do this!" Diane calls down to me, watching the fight carefully. I knew the emotions that ran deep through the boys. When I would help them practice, or ask to learn more. I could feel the tears welcoming themselves into my eyes, sending out waves of memories in defeat.

"I am now stronger than the seven deadly sins." Gil says, his voice low, and my breath and tears catch, sending me into a rage of hiccups. His sword strikes home with Meliodas, and as my full power is reached, I take the injury away from him.

~Time skip~

As Meli gains all his information and Diane sends Gil off into the stars, I collapse to my knees. I smile as Meliodas and Elizabeth rush to my sides.

"Meli, something is trapping Gil and my sister." I slur out, blood rolling down my shoulder, staining the new outfit he had given me. He catches me as I continue to fall.

"Sir Meliodas, Lady Diane?! Whats happening to my sister?" Elizabeth shouts, pabic lacing her entire being. I feel my body being lifted, Meli holding me close to him as tears fill her eyes.

"Its her magical power, Replacement." He says, leading them back to the boar hat, before noticing a town and heading there. I black out.
