I woke up to the sound of an alarm.
Groaning, I sat up, looking around the room.
Kinda forgot I was at Noah's house.
Looking over I saw that Birdie wasn't there.
I scrunched my eyebrows in confusion as I threw the covers off, grabbing my phone and heading out the room.
Walking down the stairs I started to smell the smell of bacon, eggs, and much more.
I walking into the kitchen and spotted Noah cooking and Birdie sitting on a stool at the counters watching him cook.
Birdie looked over at me. "Hey, good morning."
"Hi." I said as I walked over.
"Are you hungry?" Noah asked me as he started making plates.
"Uh, no."
My stomach growled at that very moment.
Noah turned to me with a plate, chuckling, as he pushed it to me.
"Thanks." I said, not looking at him or Birdie, embarrassed.
I picked up the fork and grabbed a sausage, nibbling on it as I kept my head hung low.
"Its 9:43." Birdie said. "We gotta eat and head back so we can shower and get ready."
"I can take you guys." Noah offered.
"You've already done enough after we pranked you and fucked up your sheets." Birdie said.
"I can take you." He said sternly.
"Well jeez okay sir." I said.
Birdie laughed as Noah shook his head, walking out the kitchen.
He was still shirtless and I watched the muscles on his back as he walked away.
Then I turned to Birdie who was gulping down each and every bite as if it was the only things she had eaten for months.
"Damn, hungry much?" I said.
"No, I'm just trying to hurry." She said with a mouth full of food.
"There a thing called taking the leftovers with you." I said.
"Oh I forgot to tell you, I ordered a couple things that should be coming in today. I got us a TV, and I have my PlayStation in my bag so we have Netflix and Hulu and all that, I got us a mini fridge, and a microwave." She said.
"Wow. How much did you spend? I can pay you back." I said.
She shook her head. "No you will not, and I'm not telling you the cost so you don't try and pay me back."
"Okay then." I said as I started eating a tad faster.
As we finished up, we offered to clean everything for him and he pushed us out the kitchen.
