Classes were finally over, me and Birdie waited for Donna.
Birdie didn't have any classes with her but I had one with her. I told Birdie about Donna and she said she wouldn't mind and extra person with us tonight.
Donna ran up to us and once she reached us she bent down and tied the shoes to her converse.
"I like your shoes." Birdie said as she showed her, her converse.
Donna chuckled. "I like your shoes as well."
We started walking together. "So where do you stay at?" I asked.
"I don't live in the dorms." She said.
"Wait, what?" Birdie asked.
"I have my own apartment." She said.
"I thought you had to live on campus." I said.
She shook her head. "No you only have to live on campus if your a freshman, but if your a sophomore, junior, or senior you can live off campus." She said.
"How far away is your apartment? How do you get here? Do you have a roommate?" Birdie rushes out.
"Jeez." I said.
Donna chuckled. "It takes me 15 minutes to drive here, and no I don't have a roommate, but I do have an extra room so if you guys ever want to stay over then I have space. Plus the pull out couch."
"Nice!" Birdie exclaimed.
We reached our building and we headed up to the dorm.
Birdie unlocked it and we all walked in.
I looked at Donna in her shorts and tank top. "Do you want something to change into, its gonna be..." I pulled out my phone and went to the weather. "Its dropping to the high 60s maybe low 70s." I said.
"Um, yes please." She said.
I handed her a pair of skinny jeans and jacket as I put on my jacket and so did Birdie.
Once Donna was ready we headed out the campus and across the street to her white Chevy Camaro.
"Nice car." I said as I got in the passenger seat, Birdie in the back.
"Thanks." Donna said.
She started up the car and we headed to the skate shop.
"We're gonna be skater girls." I said as we walked in.
"I'm gonna fall on my ass so many times." Donna said.
"Falling on your ass is nothing, were about to scraper up every inch of our bodies." Birdie said.
We laughed as we looked around the shop.
"Especially with my clumsy ass." I added.
We split apart and looked around at all the skateboards.
