Lyrik.

After everyone else headed to bed I sat on the couch wondering what to do since I wasn't tired.

I got up off the couch and headed to Donna's room where her and Birdie had already passed at on her bed.

I opened my suitcase full of clothes and pulled out a pair of my black nike leggings and the matching black nike training jacket and changed into that along with my running shoes.

Then I tied my hair up into a high pony tail before grabbing my phone and ear buds and exited the room, closing the door.

I plugged in my ear buds and played my playlist before exciting the penthouse and jogging down the steps.

Once I reached the lobby I walked across the room to the door, exiting the building.

I stretched a bit before beginning to jog.

My playlist wasn't very energetic, more like a in my feelings playlist because that's the type of music I listen to.

We started off as close friends. Some how he turned into my boyfriend. Yeah I was with him on the daily, I even thought about a baby, I'm so crazy.

Everything was so cool. But lately you been acting brand new. You was so different when I met you, and ain't gon lie I miss the old you.

I kept jogging before stopping when I realized I had no clue where I was.

I scrunched my eyebrows up in confusion before pulling out one ear bud and turning around, jogging back.

Since I didn't know where I was I just kept jogging straight because I don't remember taking any turns.

Once I reached the coffee shop I knew where I was and the way back.

I looked over at the boarding school and sighed before entering the coffee shop.

I sat down and took a breather as I pulled out the other ear bud, turning off the music.

The waitress came over and asked if I wanted to order anything.

"Iced coffee with cream, sugar, and a coconut shot with a chocolate muffin please." I said.

She nodded and jotted it down before leaving.

I stood up and went to the restroom, quickly washing my hands before returning to the seat I was at.

Pulling out my phone I went to Noah's contact and clicked on it, putting the phone to my ear.

It just went straight to voice mail so decided to leave him one.

"Hey Noah, its Lyrik. Please just respond back, we have so many questions. If not me then at least Birdie. She's worried about you, she says you don't actually have a meeting in California. So yeah, call back. Please?"

I hung up just as the waitress came over.

I smiled at her and thanked her as she set my coffee and muffin down.

"Its on the house." She said.

"Oh are you sure?"
