Cheryl POV
"C'mon, it'll be fun!" Veronica whined.
"And they'll look good!" Betty attempted to persuade me, as they had been doing for the past 15 minutes while we were sitting in Pop's drinking our smoothies. We originally had come to grab some drinks after school and just hang out. Naturally, I had gotten my cherry milkshake, while Betty opted for vanilla. Veronica ordered a chocolate milkshake as well, but hadn't touched it ever since she saw the buzz about this new tattoo parlor on the border of the Northside and Southside online.
"Practically everyone I know's been going and it's supposed to be really good!" Veronica persisted to give up on the matter, and had somehow gotten Betty to side with her. Well, not somehow. Betty was trying to impress Jughead by getting a tattoo since he had a serpent one.
I groaned and put my head on the table in defeat.
"Ugh, FINE, if it'll make you guys stop begging."
"YES!" Veronica pumped her fist up in the air and got up from her seat in the booth cheering. Betty looked around nervously in embarrassment that someone could see Veronica being extra as usual. I chuckled, despite my unwillingness to the matter she was elated about.
"You will NOT regret this Cheryl," Veronica told me as we payed and walked out of Pop's to my red Chevrolet.
"You sure about that?" I muttered to myself as I pulled out of the parking lot.
"Next stop, Blood Snake Tattoo Parlor."
