Hidden King

Chapter 8 Realizations

Wooyoung

         While watching San I can see how happy he is for the rainbow ear painting. I am still confused, but he seems to be wearing it with a pride I'd never seen in him before.

         Is he gay? Does that mean I might have a chance? Wait... A chance at what? That's when it hit me, I love him.

         "What picture is your favorite?" he asks me, pointing at the screen, breaking me out of my daze. I look at the pictures and point to one that San seems to have power behind it, and he smiles.

         "Yeah, that's my favorite." I confirm and he chuckles.

         "It's my favorite too."

         I look at him, feeling like all I want is to be with him, and hold him. I sigh and see a small glimmer of red, and in a flash it's gone again.

         I hug him and he hugs back, making me smile and we head to go do my own photo shoot. He helps monitor me, and I try to make all my pictures look good, but he makes me laugh during the shoot. He chooses the one where I am laughing as his favorite.

         "You look so much happier in this one." he tells me, which makes me blush a bit. I see Yeosang coming over and San waves for him to come over. I smile and Yeosang comes over, hugging me, which makes San change his expression. He isn't smiling anymore, but staring at Yeosang.

         As I am looking for Wooyoungie I notice San waving me over, he is standing with Wooyoung. Heading over I give Wooyoung a hug, and I almost laugh at San's expression change. He is jealous, and it's obvious. I notice his ear and point to it.

         "That's nice, why did you do it?" I ask and he is still looking at me. I stop hugging Wooyoungie and he sighs, walking us away from the crew.

         "I'm gay... and I wanted to show it to our fans in a subtle way." he says nervously. I am shocked, and stare at him, he just came out to us. Wooyoung hugs him and he seems to calm down a bit.

         "So... you want to share this with everyone? Or were you going to have us guess when we saw the pictures?" I ask, and Wooyoung hits my arm.

         "I honestly didn't think that far ahead." he tells us. He seems really nervous and kinda shy about it. I smile and hug him, reassuring him that we still love him.

         "I'm glad you told us, though you should probably tell the others too." Wooyoung says, almost giggling.

         "Yeah, but maybe when we head home. I don't want to say something in front of so many staff." he says, getting a bit shy again.

         Wooyoung chuckles and hugs him, pulling him to go sit in the shade. I walk with them and am very happy to see that maybe this means Wooyoung will actually talk to San about his feelings.

         On our way home after the shoot San sits with Wooyoung and SeongHwa sits with HongJoong. I laugh and Jongho looks at me.

         "What's up hyung?"

         "San wants to talk to everyone when we get home." I tell him, which makes him shrug. I am happy that everyone paired up to sit, it means that I can sit with Jongho more.

        After getting home we all get inside and sit around the living room. Mingi and Yunho are sitting together, and I am sitting with Joongie. I watch Jongho sit on the floor as Yeosang stands behind San and Wooyoung.

         "What's up you three?" Joongie asks and San sighs. Yeosang pushes him forward lightly and Wooyoung seems to give an encouraging smile.

         "Well, I wanted to tell you guys that I am gay." San says and I just smile and go to him, giving him a hug.

         "Thank you for telling us. I guess that means everyone in this group is." I say with a warm smile.

         "Wait, what?" Joongie says, a bit confused. I laugh and he is looking at me. "You're gay too?"

         "Yeah, it's not like I hide it." I tell him and everyone laughs.

         "He is pretty obvious around the person he likes, but that person is oblivious." Mingi says from beside Yunho. I glare at him and Yunho hits him.

         "So, you like someone?" Joongie asks, sounding a bit disappointed.

         "Wow... Hyung, you really are oblivious." Jongho says, shaking his head. San and Mingi laugh, causing Joongie to look very confused.

          I watch as Jongho leans over to Joongie and his eyes seem to grow. He looks at me and blushes. I tilt my head and he just stands up, heading to our room.
