    "You've been doing WHAT!?"
For some reason those words didn't seem to faze Parker, but defentintly managed to get him angry.
"I told you," he said, impatiently tapping his foot. "I enchanted you so I could protect you from my mom, the Evil Queen!" Red glared at him. Her eyes flashed an unnatural shade of yellow.
"And when were you going to tell me this?" she hissed. Wow. Her fangs looked a lot sharper when she was angry.
"I... I uh, don't know?" he peeped. Red's eyes blazed with anger. She stomped over to the door, and grabbed her red cape and tied it on. Then, she threw the door open
"Wha... what are you doing?" Parker staggered over to her.
"Leaving," Red replied.
"But... my mom! She'll kill you!" he sputtered. Red's eyes blazed
"So be it," she growled.
"Wait!" Parker yelled. He paused. "Let me come with you," Red stared at him for a second then sighed.
"Fine,"
Parker grinned and together, they ran out into the night... only to run straight into an army of people.
Ω
"RED!" Rapunzel shrieked.
"RAPUNZEL!" Red shrieked in fright.
"STOP SCRECCHING!" Parker screeched. He paused and looked up. While Parker inspected the sky, Red and Rapunzel continued to scream, jump up and down, hug, and, when they finally settled down, exchange stories.
"So you have no idea where Snow is?" King Philip asked sadly. Red shook her head.
"Well," Parker said. "I felt like I was being followed when I went to pick Red up, but," he shrugged. "Could have been nothing."
"Nothing!" a voice laughed and a figure stepped out of the darkness, smiling maliciously. "I hardly think trusting a horse that leads you of a cliff, nothing!" the Evil Queen said. Prince Philip drew his sword.
"Bring her BACK!" he roared, sword pointed at the Queen's throat. She frowned.
"You know," she said snapping her fingers. A horse with Snow White on it came into view and skidded to a stop. King Philip ran over to a shocked and white-faced Snow. "You could have just asked nicely." She peered around the group and when she saw Red and Parker, her eyes blazed. She snapped her fingers again and the army disappeared. All that remained was Red, Parker, and the other royals.
"You know," the Queen said quietly, her eyes still fixed on Parker. "I do recall myself saying to spicficly you to stay away from this WAR!" Parker licked his lips.
"Next time," Red snarled. "Find someone who can't easily be swooned into a different side!"
The Evil Queen looked at her. She took a deep breath.
"I guess fate can't be changed," she whispered, and Red frowned. Then slowly the Queen began to morph. Scales rippled across her back. Ok. When did you learn how to change into a dragon?
My sister was Maleficent.
She taught me a few tricks.
Well it's amazing. Terrifying but amazing. The dragon's tail lashed about. Red charged forward and launched herself at the dragon. She slashed at its eyes and pushed off as the dragon roared. She did a flip and landed on the ground. She backed away a few paces. Then she threw back her head and howled.
Wolf howls answered back to her. She sensed the dragon's unease and grinned as wolves from every direction stalked toward the Queen. Red advanced with them, and for this once, just this once she let her wolf side take over. She felt herself change, and now she was a full-fledged red wolf. She howled and ran forward.
The royals got over their shock and charged forward. Kings Flynn, Philip, and Charming wielded their swords and slashed widely at the beast's legs. Parker ran forward and jumped still a ways away put as he jumped a purple cloud, crackling with purple magic. He yelled and made gestures with his hands and a purple ball of magic appeared inside his hands as he made a circling motion with them. He wielded the now massive ball a top of his head. He yelled again and threw the ball forward. The dragon roared in agony.
Meanwhile, Rapunzel swung from tree to tree, slowly gaining altitude.
"WEEEEE!" She screamed as she flew into the air. She slowly ascended as the Queen was getting up after the attack from Parker. As soon as Rapunzel hit the beast's neck she scaled it and wrapped a piece of her hair into the monster's mouth.
The dragon roared, and bucked, trying desperately to fling Rapunzel off. Rapunzel struggled to keep her footing. She screamed when she lost her balance and nearly fell off, she just managed to catch a strip of her hair. She sighed with relief, and looked up just in time to see a glass slipper hit the dragon's eye. She whipped her head so fast that Rapunzel nearly flied off again. Poor, brave Cindy was the on who threw the shoe and now she was going to pay.
The Queen roared and sucked in her breath to blow Cindy to a crisp. Rapunzel was helpless to do anything. Suddenly there was a flash of red fur and Cindy was knocked to the ground just as the dragon blew fire. Red morphed back her body filled with burns.
"NO!" Parker screamed as Rapunzel wailed. Snow looked to see her stepbrother and nearly screamed at what she saw. Parker's hand were out, the cloud had disappeared and he was floating in mid-air. His eyes were filled with anger. Purple mist swirled around him. Then he let out an earsplitting shriek and his hand shot forward. Lighting flew from his hand. The dragon roared in agony. Snow bolted towards Red Rapunzel and Cindy reached her first.
"Red," Snow gasped. She breathed in and out. "Red, you're the one to defeat her!" Snow pleaded. "Wake up! I know how to defeat the Queen! Just pull the necklace on her neck!"
"Then why didn't you do it?" Red coughed.
"Red!" Parker yelped and ran over to her. Snow whipped around to see that the Kings and wolves were locked into a fight. Snow looked at Parker and he swallowed.
"GUYS!" Flynn yelled. "A little help?" Snow, Rapunzel, and Cindy ran into the fray.
Parker looked at Red. "You know what needs to happen, don't you?" she whispers. Parker pursed his lips and nodded. Red sighed and let Parker help her up.
"Together?" she asks, hopeful. Parker nods.
"Together." And together they flew into the air. They landed in the beast's neck. She roared as she tried to throw them off. Red grabbed the gem and Parker wrapped her arms around her.
"One," he murmered.
"Two," Red whispered, tears filling her eyes.
"THREE!" they yelled and Red pulled. The gem shrunk as they flew into the air, wrapping itself onto Red's neck. The dragon roared behind them. Red twisted until she was face to face with Parker. Then she leaned in and gently kissed him. Parker was a little surprised, but he closed his eyes and wrapped his arms around her. No enchantments, no curses, a real kiss, plain and true.
And as they flew into the night, knowing they were going to die, everything seemed perfect.
