Guard Jeon was waiting outside patiently for you. He had his armor off and wearing regular clothing. He was waiting for you so the two of you could duel as you said. Prince Taejoon was there as well. He was sitting on the floor, excited to see you fight against Guard Jeon. "You think she'll get a hit?" The prince asked making the guard laugh.
"I don't think so. I'm Guard Jeon, the King's personal guard"
"Let's see the skills of the King's personal guard" they turned their heads to see you walking towards them.
"Finally. I thought you give up" Guard Jeon said.
"I don't give up easily. Now shall we get this over with? I don't have all day to duel with a guard like you"
Guard Jeon throws you a wooden sword. You start swinging the sword around, getting used to its weight. "Do you even know how to use a sword?" He asked.
"Taejoon, please tell us when we can start," you said looking at the boy, ignoring Guard Jeon's question.
You and Guard Jeon position yourselves for the fight. For some reason, why the way you were standing was familiar. "Go!"
Guard Jeon strikes first but you blocked him. He tries to go through the side but once again gets blocked. You smirked at him and pushed him off of you. You moved closer to him, thinking where you could hit him, but you weren't fast enough and he strikes. You managed to dodge it and immediately strike it. Guard Jeon was getting angry that he hasn't got a hit yet. Your moves were so familiar to him. They were the moves he tried to learn but always got them wrong.
'How did she manage to learn those skills?'
The two of you continue on having your duel while Prince Taejoon was watching. He was so impressed that someone might beat Guard Jeon. It would be the first since none of the other guards could even get a hit on him.
"(Y/N)!" You dropped your sword, allowing Guard Jeon to get a hit. A smile appeared on his face, knowing he won. He looks at you who was tearing up. "F-Father..." you said.
You ran towards your father who had his arms wide open for you. You hugged him so tightly. It's been long since you have seen him. Jimin has taken your father back to Busan when he was headed off there.
"I missed you so much" you cried.
"I missed too, Princess"' he said hugging you back.
Meanwhile, Guard Jeon stared at you and your father hugging. He was so confused about your father. He looked familiar as well which annoyed him.
"Little Robin seems happy, doesn't she?" He turns to his right to see King Taehyung there smiling as he stares at you.
"Y-Your Highness, I-"
"You really don't know who your future queen is"
"(L/N) (Y/N), daughter of Guard (L/N). The man who you admire"
Guard Jeon looks back at you two and saw how you did look like Guard (L/N). He was so shocked at you're the daughter of his favorite guard.
Then he notices as guy hugging you who was wearing a crown. Guard Jeon looks back at his King who had his jaw clenched in anger. "And best friends with the son of King Park" the king added on.
"You're okay? Did he hurt you in any way? I swear if he did, I will-"
"I'm alright Jimin. No need to go to war with them just over a small thing. I have a plan so just you wait" you smiled.
"I missed you..."
"Of course you did. Who's gonna make you my delicious food?"
The three of you looked at the person who just cleared their throat. "Thank you so much for inviting us over," Jimin said.
"Of course, King Jimin. I would love to get to know my soon to be father in law" King Taehyung said.
"Right..." Jimin said clenching his teeth. The two kings stare at each other, sending death glares.
"Father, how about we go. We should leave the kings alone" you said.
"But Little Robin, your father, and King Jimin just arrived. They should get some rest since it was a long journey"
"I'm totally-"
"Guard Jeon! Take our guest inside" King Taehyung said and of course, he listened, leaving you alone with the King.
"Why did you bring my family here?" You asked him.
"I knew you missed your father so I sent a letter to King Jimin asking to send your father but he decided to come as well," King Taehyung said.
"Well...then thank you"
"Don't thank me. There's another reason why I invited him"
