[I was laying on my bed, reading  a Thomas Brodie-Sangster FF, and then all of a sudden I think, 'OMG, I haven't published yet.' Sorry for the late update, school has actually got me messed up in the head.
Also, this is the LAST 6th year chapter! I've gotten so far in this story. Can't wait for Deathly Hallows!]

I covered my mouth with my hand in utter shock. Snape has killed Dumbledore. I couldn't believe it. Then again, Snape didn't really give off the 'I'm a good guy' sort of vibe. The only positive thing was the fact that Draco didn't kill anyone. Which means he's not a murderer!

Anyway, without thinking twice about my actions, my legs took me to Draco. "Y/n?!" Draco said, alarmed that I was here. I literally jumped on him, embracing him in my arms. It only took mere seconds before Draco wrapped his strong arms around me. "I'm so sorry, Y/n. For what I did to you." He apologized, referring to the event that happened in the Room of Requirement. "That doesn't matter rightnow." I mumbled to him.

He pulled away and glanced at my lips before crashing his onto mine. It was a kiss of longing. I wanted time to stop so that Draco and I could kiss forever.

Unfortunately, it was cut short. Draco was pulled away by Snape, who, most obviously, didn't care about our little 'moment'.

"Draco?" I called as Snape continued to usher him out. "Y/n. Y/n!" Draco yelled.

"Draco!" I was about to run after him but someone held me in place. "Harry?" I said when I saw his face. Was he here this whole time? Where was he?

Despite the questions that ran through my head, one question stuck put the most. One that I'm pretty sure I already knew the answer to. "Draco's not coming back, is he?" I asked Harry, once I had stopped struggling to get to the blonde boy. Harry shook his head with an apologetic face. I buried my head in his chest as hot tears streaked down my cheeks, wetting Harry's shirt. He stood there comforting me while I silently cried.

It hurt. My heart hurt. Alot. I didn't want to believe the fact that I might not see Draco again...

Harry, Ron, Hermione, and I were up at the Astronomy tower the next day. Ron sat on a small flight of stairs and Hermione, Harry and I leaned on the railing, looking out to the scenery.

"Do you think he would have done it? Draco." Hermione asked. I shook my head and Harry answered with, "No. No, he was lowering his wand. In the end it was Snape. It was always Snape. And I did nothing." His voice filled with sorrow. I rubbed my hand on his back to comfort him in some way. He handed me the Horcrux locket. "It was fake. Open it."

I did what he told and found a small piece of folded parchment. I took it in my hands and unfolded it. Inside was a written letter. It read:
"To the Dark Lord, I know I will be dead long before you read this, but I want you to know that it was I who discovered your secret. I have stolen the real Horcrux and intend to destroy it as soon as I can. I face death in the hope that when you meet your match, you will be mortal once more. R.A.B." I looked up at the raven- haired boy. "Who's R.A.B.?"

"Don't know, but whoever they are, they have the real Horcrux. Which means it was all a waste. All of it."

Harry turned to me. "I'm sorry, Y/n."

My eyebrows knitted together. "For what?"

"Being a bad friend this year. I might dislike Malfoy, but I should've supported your relationship. I don't know if it was the fact that you and I dated last year," I cringed at the memories of last year and the unsuccessful relationship. "Or the fact that I all in all dislike Malfoy, but I should have been happy for you. To be honest, he's not that much of a bad guy."

"No, he really isn't." I chuckled humorously. "But I owe you an apology as well. I didn't believe you when you said Draco was a Death Eater or what his intentions were. I should trust you more often. I was being a bad friend too."

He and I smiled at one another.

"Well, speaking about couples, Ron's ok with it, you know.", Hermione said towards Harry. "You and Ginny. Though if I were you, if he's around, I'd keep the snogging to a minimum."

"I'm not coming back, Hermione. I've got to finish whatever Dumbledore started. And I don't know where that will lead me, but I'll let you three know where I am, when I can."

"I've always admired your courage, Harry." The brunette began. "But sometimes you can be really thick. You don't really think your gonna be able to find all those Horcruxes by yourself, do you? You need us, Harry." We all stayed quiet, looking out into the sky.

"I never realized how useful this place was." Harry mentioned. We then   heard Fawkes, Dumbledore's phoenix, sing a song of mourning, while flying over us and out into the sunset. All four of us walked over to the opposite side of the Astronomy  tower to continue watching Fawkes soar in the air.

Even though things aren't going to be the same, we still have each other. And that's what matters at this moment.
