CHAPTER 12

Harry's POV

The sun came up and it already was time for me to wake up and go for breakfast.

I slowly got up, stretched and made my way to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and went to my truck. I pulled out my school robes and got changed.

I went down to the common room and greeted my friends.

Hermione, Ron and I went to the Great Hall and sat down for breakfast. Some time later I scanned the Slytherin table to find Draco. When I finally spotted him he looked kind of odd, he seemed unhappy but then I realized that he was reading the Daily Profit.

I wander what topic could have made him like that but I didn't give it much thought.

I thought that I was finally time to tell the guys about my crush on Malfoy and it was the perfect time since we all had finished our breakfast.

"Hey guys can we got to the common room for a bit I want to talk to you" I asked them and they both agreed.

We went to the common room and sat down. I told them what was going on and the both looked at me surprised.

"Oh Harry that's wonderful" Hermione said and embraced me in a tight hug.

Ron on the other hand "Really mate? I mean I don't have a problem but really? Malfoy?"

"Yes Ron, Draco. At first I thought that it was because we had become friends but lets face the truth I never saw Draco as a friend it was always something more."

"Oh Merlin finally! I thought you would never see it" Hermione said with a big smile.

"What do you mean?" I asked and her smile grew bigger.

"8 years Harry, 8! You look at him like you want nothing more than to snog him. Now get ready we have classes in 10 minutes."

Draco's POV

I was devastated.

The profit had written another article.

'The Savior of the Wizarding word seen with a Death Eater at Hogsmeade.'

The article went on and on about that I was a danger to Harry and kept saying that the savior of our world could be in a life or death situation just because he was seen with me.

Not only that but I accidently heard Harry telling his friends that he never really saw me as a friend when I opened the portrait door of the common room.

Harry must have noticed me leaving the common room

and followed me as I left.

"Hey Draco wait up!" he said and start running to catch

up with me.

He eventually caught up with me and asked me what was wrong, I took the paper from my back and gave it to him. He looked shocked.

"What the hell? Please tell me you don't believe this

nonsense." He said and looked me in the eyes and I felt a couple of tears in my eyes.

"Do you?" he insisted.

"Well as a matter of fact I didn't until I accidently heard you telling Weasley and Granger that I was never truly a friend" I said and I started walking away from him.

He grabbed my wrist and turned me around so now I was face to face with him. I tried to break free but he wouldn't let me leave.

"What do you want?" I snapped at him and he let go of me.

"Draco what you heard- I didn't mean it like that" he said and I looked at him with confusion and anger.

"Oh and how did you meant it then?" I said rather angrily.

"I meant- I meant it like-"

"Yes Potter?" I said annoyed

He then took a step forward and grabbed my face, his lips ghosting mine until he finally kissed me.

My heart was beating like crazy
I kissed him back and thank
Merlin the corridors were still empty.

"That's what I meant" he said and looked at me with pure... love? No it can't be.

I closed the gap between us again and kissed him passionately.

"I'm sorry" I said solemnly when we broke the kiss, my hands cupping his cheeks.

"Don't be" he said and kissed me once more.

One make-out session later we went to our seppurate classes, slightly late, and since we didn't really have any classes together we saw each other again at the common room after dinner.

We all sat down in front of the fire like we always did.

Weasley and Granger snuggled up with each other, Harry and I on the other couch sitting next to each other and Pansy with Blaise on the puffs.

We talked for a while. By the end of the night Harry and I were alone in the common room snuggled up next to each other just staring at the fire.

A bit later I realized that Harry had fallen asleep. I gave him a kiss in the forehead and he stirred. I woke him up and we went to our separate dorms.
