Chapter 9

Morgan's POV:

"No... don't leave me! Please!!" I cried as i just held my parents lifeless bodies. They were gone and I was alone. I couldn't save them.. All I could do was watch them get murdered.

"Morgan.. promise that no matter what you will keep fighting.....a-and.. never give up." My mother was coughing out blood while trying to say this to me. I tried to hold in the rears but i couldn't. Then I watched my mother's beautiful eyes glaze over with death.

"MOM!! NO DONT  LEAVE ME!! please!" I sniffled then kissed my mother's head. I looked over at my dad who was barely alive. "Daddy.. please don't go. I'll help you i can." I was cut off by my father.  "Morgan please... i need you to stay strong for me and yo-your mother. I can promise you that you will make a beautiful bride when you are older. Live with your cousin Gwen and j-just be h-happy." I kissed my dad's head then realized he wouldn't give me away at my wedding. "Who is gonna give me away at my wedding?  Who is gonna be my kids grandparents!?" By now i was crying even harder. Mascara was all over my face but i didn't care. I just lost one parent and was about to lose the other. My dad coughed and wouldn't stop. I panicked.... what do I do? What do I do? Was all that ran threw my mind.

In between my father's coughs I heard him say i love you. I was about to say it back but right before I did he took his last breath.... then was gone... "i love you too" I whispered before kissing my dad's head.

Leo's POV:

I was on the couch with all my brothers and Gwen when we heard a scream come from my room. I looked at everyone then we all ran to my room. When I opened the door I saw Morgan tossing and turning in her sleep. She was screaming "No! Don't leave" then she turned in the bed and I saw tears running down her face. She talked again but said something different i couldn't quit make out what she was saying but it sounded like "Daddy! Please no!" And then "I love you too"

I looked at everyone and most of them were in shock but Gwen was almost in tears. I could tell she was trying so hard not to cry but eventually she was balling. She ran out of the room with Raph close at her heels. At this point I asked everyone to leave so I could be there when she wakes up, which was about right after everyone left.

"L-leo. Can you come here.. pl-please!" She asked threw tears. Without saying anything I just nodded and quickly went over to her. "Did you have a night mare?" I asked not trying to make her cry more but just wanting to know. She sniffled then replied "more like something horrible that happened in real life.... that always replays in my head.

"Do you wanna talk about it later?" She just nodded then thought for a second before replying "Yes but only if Gwen says what happened to her. In front of everyone." I looked at her confused but didn't bother to ask more questions I just nodded my head and cuddled with my girl.

☆~a few hours later stills Leo's POV~☆

I told Gwen about what Morgan said and all she did was nod and walk to the couch waiting for everyone to meet up there so we can get this over with.

After Morgan told us about her parents she said how after that happened she would find the person who killed her parents and show them what pain felt like. Everyone was speechless but we all nodded and gave her a hug saying stuff to try to make her happy. Then it was Gwens turn.

Gwen's POV:

"When I was eighteen, the same age as Morgan when her parents died, my mom and I were heading to town. I was laughing and having fun every now and then texting my friends in my phone. It was fun being just being able to relax with mom. We finally got to the place where we wanted to go and as we were u packing our bags and about to head up to our rented hotel room i heard a scream behind me. When I turned around I say that a guy had a knife to her throat and was using his other hand to pull her hair back. I stood I  horror. When I took a step towards her the guy went crazy. "Get away from her or I'll kill here right here. Right now." He hissed. I let one tear fall down then quickly whipped it off. But for him he just took the chance and stabbed her right in the chest. I cried and screamed for my mom to stay with me and telling her it would be ok. But we both knew that that was a lie."

" I can't believe this is happening again. My dad had died almost the same way but he was shot right in the heart. What was sad is that both if these were my fault. I know you are wondering how but both of these accidents were ment for me. And how do I know this, well because the killers were the same person and said both times I met them "if only you kept a better eye on your parents then I would have been able to get you. Well better luck next time" the killer said before running away. After this i called Morgan. After two rings she picked up and i heard sniffling then a weak voice say "Gwen. What's up?" I could tell she was crying so i let her talk first. "Morgan what happened?" I heard a sob then she told me about what happened 4 hours before this happened. The weird thing was when she described the killer and told me what he said it sounded just like the person who killed my parents. So I told error her everything and we both realized it was the same person and agreed to get pay back."

When I was done telling the guys what happened they all looked really sad and yet shocked. Master Splinter was the first to speak, "Girls i am sorry for what has happened to your family. But also we would like you to know that you are always welcomed here and me and my boys will never let that man hurt you."

"Thank you Master Splinter." Morgan and i said in unision.

"Well I'm glad we found you guys when we did!" Mikey said trying to brighten the mood. It worked a little. Enough to make bot Morgan and I smile before giving him a group hug.

"Wait so this happened like a year ago?" Raph asked while wrapping me in a hug. I nodded my head then replied " Yes but after it happened we met up and decided to head to the Big Apple and start a new life." Raph kissed my head then smiled at me "Well I'm glad I can be a part of your life." I smiled too then pulled him into a bear hug "I'm glad too!"

Morgan and Leo were already hugging and Leo was saying stuff to make her smile. Donnie and Mikey were later hugging Morgan and saying nice things to her also. After they were done she gave them both a kiss on the cheek and said thank you to them. They just blushed a little but said no problem before giving her one last hug then heading over to me. I did the same thing besides the kiss on the cheek cause i know Raph would get jealous. Which is cute when he does but today I'm not gonna take any risks of possibly making him a little mad.

I'm so glad we moved to New York and get to spend our time safe in the sewers with our new loving family that is gonna help us with our fighting skills. And who knows maybe someday we can be as good as them... or maybe even better! :)

Hope you likes the chapter! It's kinda a sad one but today is just not a good day for me so I put my sad feeling into this chapter and boom here we are with this.

Well know you guys know why they moved to New York but we stilldon't know why there aunt is mean to then. Oh well ill Dave that to for another time. Love you guys. Stay safe and i hope you have a wonderful night or a beautiful morning. ♡
