Khatna book defines female genital shearing as follows: "All procedures in which the outer part of the female genitalia (genitals) is removed in part or in whole or said to cause damage to the female sex organs for any non-medical reason goes."
States of Central Africa and former France states are some of the countries and stated which are most affected by this process khatna. In Africa obangi - shari this shearing of genital parts was done which was also we can say half French area.

Have got there genital parts sheared. And these women's are from 30 countries and 24 are from Africa and rest are from Indonesia, iraq kudristan
And yaman etc.
The work of genital shear is often done by a conventional duty. This work is done since a few days of birth and it is done till and after the arrival of Pabri. The figures which are available are more than half of the 5 years of age. Age is already done.
