3) she must not be already married
4) should be drape in culture and mannerisms
5) she must not be under age
It could be only 4 months to 10 months long time span. In which women spend time under the shadow of an unknown man. Then after she will be able to marry someone else. Even Islamic scholars had even criticized this murah nikah.They considered it a some kind of some kind of satisfaction to there porn habits. Misayar Nikah
It can be called a immigration marriage. There some things which are reasonable in this marriage although in a normal marriage there are some things that we have to sacrifice but in this marriage it's all kinda opposite of it. In this you can live separately and stay in relationship anyways in normal marriages you have to stay together.
