Lando After the race he went back to the hotel. The next day he will go back to England. Leaving his friend... girlfriend. That hurt. And he didn't want to say goodbye. Back at the hotel he packed his stuff. When she sat on the couch. He looked over his shoulder. And then gave her a nervous smile. She smiled. And then stood up. 'I don't want to leave you here.' He said. She opened her mouth but he was first. 'Alone.' He said. He looked around and then rested his gaze on the suitcase. 'Well... you need to go home.' She said. He looked at her. 'You have a career and more. And one girl from a whole different country can't keep you away from what you do.' She said. He smiled. 'True. But you aren't keeping me away from anything.' He said. He stepped toward her. And held her hands. 'You and me. We're a team.' He said. As he lifted her hands. He looked her into the her eyes as he said it. He saw her getting red. 'How?' She asked. 'First I'm going to give you my number.' He said. And pulled her phone out of her pocket. 'Face ID.' He said. And turned the device around and held it in front of her face. When it was unlocked he entered his number in her phone. He then send himself a message. 'Done.' He said. And gave it back. 'Thanks.' She said. 'I'll text you when I get home ok?' He asked. 'Okay.' She said. 'Good.' He said.
