The next day started with a cold morning breeze. She stood with a face mask in the food market. Lando waited outside in his car. She hurried to the cashier with the basket and laid it down on the counter. At that moment a man approached her. 'Well Well. Well!' He said. She was shocked. 'What the hell! Lucas?' She asked. He helped her with bagging and then gave her the bag. 'What are you doing here?' He asked. As he grabbed his stuff. He then looked her with a friendly smile. 'I'm here with a friend.' She said. 'And you?' She asked. 'Well I don't live here. But my mother-in-law does. My kids stay at her place.' He said. They walked outside together. 'Their mom just died. And they feel more comfortable with grandma than with me.' Lucas said. 'Are you okay?' She asked.
He nodded. 'You still live in Turkey?' He nodded. 'Yep. I have my own boxing school.' He said. 'But I needed a break.' He said. 'So you choose to visit your mother-in-law?' She asked. He laughed. 'Well that decision was hard to make. Trust me.' He said. He walked to his car that stood next to Lando's McLaren. He opened the trunk. And he laid his stuff in the trunk. 'How long you stay?' He asked.
'Maybe a week. I still have some things I need to take care off.' She said. He nodded. 'I heard what happens in America.' He said. She cocked her head. 'What happend?'
He was surprised. 'You haven't heard?' He asked.
'Your brother is still alive and plus he took care of his Girlfriend.' He said. 'Who told you?' She asked.
'The news.' He said. 'Well I have to go.' She said. 'I get that. Best wished to you and your friend.' He said.
'You too your kids and mother-in-law.' She laughed. He laughed back. 'I will.' He said. She walked around his car and got into the McLaren. 'Who was that?' Lando asked.
'A old friend of my.' She said. 'Really?' He asked.
'Yes!' Anna said. Lando seriously waited for Lucas to leave first.
'Are you serious?' She asked. He looked at her. When the BMW X3 left the parking space. Lando turned on the engine.
He also left. He stopped behind him for the traffic lights. 'You're an idiot.' She said. 'Cheers.' He said.
She leaned forward, 'I think it's the jetlag.' She said.
He looked at her. 'Maybe.' He said. Lando took the wrong turn and ended up next to the BMW X3. Ann turned her head toward him and pointed BMW. 'Are you following him.' She said.
'Maybe.' He replied. 'Oh god no.' She said.
She knew Lucas noticed them because this car makes noise. But he let them. They entered a neighbour with small houses. They pulled over behind the BMW on a driveway. Lando was faster than she was and when he was out he locked the car. 'Oh you must be kidding me!'

He waited for the man to come out of the car. And he did. He was surprised by Lando. 'I'm sorry.' He said,
'I'm just a friend man.' He said. Lando smiled. 'I know.' He said. The man opened the car trunk. 'I am not like him ok?' The man defended. 'I think you have read it too right?' He asked. Lando nodded. 'Man that guy is a dick.' He said.
'You know what he does?' Lando asked. 'I wish I did.' He said.
The man looked passed him and at the car. 'You locked Anna inside of your car.' He said.
Lando looked over his shoulder. 'Oh yeah I forgot I did.' He said. He unlocked the car.
The door opened and a old woman stood by the door. 'Luuk. What are you doing so long outside. Tea is getting cold.'
He sighed loudly. 'Yes ma'am.' He said. 'Mother-in-law's.' He said. He closed the trunk. 'Why don't you two join?'
'I have to go but thank you for the offer.'
'We would love to!' Ann shouted.

She stood next to Lando. And smiled at him. 'Okay. I deserved that.' He said. 'Yep you do.' She said.

Lando looked at the cup of tea. He listened to the conversations. Two children came running down the stairs.
One had a cap with a Mercedes logo on it.
'I want to play f1 2020 as Lando Norris!' The girl said.
'No no! She can't! I want to be McLaren.' The boy yelled. Lucas rolled with his eyes.
'Then you go play Mario Kart!' Lucas said.
'Yeah but he wants to be Mario and I want to be him too!' The girl said.
'Go eat your donuts and keep your mouth shut.' Lucas said and he pointed at the plate.
They stopped fighting about games and quietly joined them.

'Lincoln is lost in his ways.' Lucas said. 'Yeah no shit.' Lando said.
'Shit?' The girl said. Lando gulped. 'Heheh.'
'Wait is he not from that game.' The boy said.
'Yes He is.' The girl said. Lando threw the boys cap on the ground.
