The next day:
She woke up and sat up straight. She was tired and her hair was messy. She didn't dare looking in the mirror. Lando was still asleep. She rubbed her face with her hands. It didn't help with feeling more active. She dropped her hands on her lap. And then leaned sideways and grabbed her phone off the nightstand. As she opened her emails she had some unread emails of her school. They're just some safety and school rules. Lando rolled over. She could hear Charles and his girlfriend argue. They argued in French. She learned French at school but the only thing she could understands was désolé and ennuyeux. Both words ment more than just one word. His girlfriend said that Charles was annoying. And he tried to apologies. She looked at her phone again. 'These walls are thick but they can't keep these noise out.' Lando said. She looked over her shoulder. And met his gaze. She then laid her phone back on the nightstand and then looked back at him. 'I didn't know you were awake.' She said. Lando smiled. 'Not with these two.' He said. And quietly listened.
She laughed. 'That's normal...people argue together.' She said with a smile. 'Yep.' He said.
She fell on her back and then looked at the ceiling. Lando looked down at her leaning on his side. 'Tired?' He asked.
She nodded yep. And she looked at him. 'Why don't you lay down for a few more minutes?' He asked.
'Good idea. But the noise?' She asked with a smile on her face. Lando laughed. 'They'll stop.' He said.
Lando laid down too. 'Maybe a few more minutes wont hurt.' He said.
She did fell asleep but got woken up by Lando. He gave her coffee. Starbucks? She was confused. She sat up straight.
'What time is it?' She asked and scratched her head as she accepted the coffee and grabbed it with both of her hands. And took a sip. Lando looked on his watch. 'It's 1.30 pm.' He said.
She was shocked. 'I slept for so long?' She asked. 'Yep.' He said.
'Thanks btw.' She said. 'Your welcome.' He said. Lando said down. In the chair. 'They stopped.' She said. And put her coffee down on the nightstand. 'Yep like 3 hours ago.' He said with a smile on his face. 'Wow.' She said.
'So tomorrow starts the set up for the next race.' He said. 'So that means it's going to be circuit time.' He said. 'That means this is rest day.' He said. 'Netflix?' He asked. 'Sure.'
