Dark Heart

Robert POV

Me: "So what's going on here? Why the hell are we in the middle of the fuckin....that explains it."

Vigilante: "We got a problem Partner, all hands on deck deal compadre."

Me: "I see that, welp. Let's get started."

I hop off of Vigilante's bike and run up to the Ultimen, who were thankfully helped because of my DNA, since they were cloned from it, and their looking good.

Me: "Hey Guys, sorry to interrupt but I need to know what's going on."

Longshadow: "These things are replicating themselves, and fast."

Me: "Got it!"

I punch one as it jumps at me and it flies to the side, sadly it busted a knuckle, so I shake the blood off my hand and it hits one of them, causing it to immediately shut down with a wave of the others doing the same, but their eventually eating each other.

Me: "What just happened?"

Superman: "I'm wondering that too."

Hey my comm is working again. That's good.

Me: "No idea, I got some of my blood on one and they shut off, wait gotta take this."

I put my comm in my other ear and answer my phone using the fact that I'm still bleeding from my hand to my advantage splattering blood on them when they get too close.

Me: "Hey mom, what's-"

Maria: "Where are you?"

Me: "Oh you know, fighting robots, for whatever reason they shut down whenever I get-"

Maria: "Your blood on them."

I punch another spider back reopening my hand and splatter more blood on them.

Me: "Mom. What are you not telling me. I need to know so the planet doesn't get eaten."

Mom sighs and gets up opening a drawer from what I can tell, and sits back down activating something.

Maria: "It's called the Dark Heart. Their a weapon created to end a war, and it did, by destroying both sides."

Me: "How do you know all this?"

Maria: "Son....I'm not wholly human, my mother was an alien that was stranded here and nursed back to health by your grandfather, before she left. I was born shortly after and became a-"

I duck under one and kick it into a rock breaking it.

Me: "Mom! Robot war machines attacking my home planet, need to know how to shut them down asap."

Maria: "Ok...sorry for rambling. Just know that I'm always proud of you, and they won't attack you, they might read you as a friend that's there to repair it. It'll let you in Because of my part of you."

Me: "Thanks mom. I love you and hope that this works."

I hang up putting my phone in my pocket and get ready to run. Straight at them.

Wind Dragon: "What are you doing?"

Me: "Right now, I'm testing a massive gambol of a theory, let's hope this works."

I then sprint straight at it, and they part ways, even the tigers become docile, and I get to the ship and it creates a staircase that I climb up and it opens a large hole that I jump into, and it shrinks me down and I land directly on the heart seeing the atom trying to break the core, only for it to start attacking him, it begins to feed me some form of information through my comlink.

Me: "Atom stop! It reads you as a threat, get out of here and start breaking other parts of the ship, it thinks I'm here to fix it!"

He quickly dives into another part of the ship as I access it and pull up the control area, and shut down all intake ports.

Me: "Sorry buddy, but I need to shut off your intake for a bit."

I then get an alert that things are getting Broken and I instruct it to repair at one millionth of it's normal speed by labeling it at less important than the core, and I expose the circuitry and set it to blow up all traces of it's heart in 1 minute and send the same signal to all other units and have them do the same as it's pressure reaches critical levels, even with it reinforcing the pipes, and I take out my magic bow opening it to full size pulling back the string to it's limit as it forms an arrow of my blood as I jump off the side and fire it through the heart, through the core and it punctures a pipe and the room floods with liquified matter and it opens an exit for me returning me to normal size as I grip my bow in handle form as tightly as I can trying to not breathe until Im outside.

Supergirl: "Robert your ok!"

I then roll onto my back with liquid matter dripping off of me.

Me: "Remind me never to do that again. Because that was-"

Batman: "Dumb, rash, risky, and saved the planet."

Me: "Yeah.....that. I can't feel my legs."

Eventually everything is cleaned up and I'm able to walk and feel my legs after the last of it is being hauled away, and I pick up two pieces and I turn them into two silver rings on my wrist with a thought, handy.

Stargirl: "You saved the planet without powers or special skills, impressive, you should call me sometime, if you want to have a little fun."

She hands me a piece of paper with her number on it as my face is hot.

Supergirl: "Your hopeless, and what happened to you last night."

Me: "Um.... Cadmus kidnapped me for a genetic sample."

Well I'm technically not lying....but I'm also not risking what would happen if Supergirl found out that I had sex with her clone. That would be bad for everyone involved, then she hugs me.

Supergirl: "Either way, I'm glad your safe."

Me: "I'm glad you are too."

I put Stargirl's number in my pocket and hug her back. God I love having a Super girlfriend.
