A Witch In Twilight ~ Harry Potter & Twilight Crossover

Chapter 1

It's been a year since the war finished. A year since we defeated Voldemort and made the world safe again. A year since we all lost a lot of people that we loved and cared about.

We were all still grieving. I had been staying with the Weasley's along with harry and Hermione. I've been thinking for a while that I should move out. I mean the Weasley's have been so nice letting me stay but I need to move on and try and grieve on my own.

So, I should explain my names lily Hunter, my mum was a witch and my father is a muggle. My mum was best friends with lily and James potter as well as Sirius black and Remus lupin. She died with Lily and James at their house when Voldemort attacked. I was at home with my dad when it happened and only found out what really happened when I got to Hogwarts where I became best friends with harry potter lily and James son and my god brother (As lily and James were my god parents).

When the war was about to start, I knew I had to make sure my dad was safe, so I wiped his memories of me. I looked for him, but he had moved on with a woman and I didn't want to ruin that with me coming back into his life.

The only family I have left now is my uncle Charlie and my cousin Bella. I have been thinking of moving near them to be closer with the only family I have left.

"Lily" I turn to harry and smile.

"What's up?" I ask wondering why he was calling me

"Dinners ready" I nod my head and we both walk down into the kitchen.

"Hello dear come sit down and dig in" Mrs. Weasley says as we arrive in the kitchen

I sit next to harry and George. I think George is having the hardest time, I mean he lost his twin brother I couldn't blame him. Me George and Fred were really close and its hard for me but I couldn't imagine what it's like for him.

I let out a sigh as I look at everyone eating and chatting. I had to tell them that I was leaving but I just didn't know how.

"Um guys" everyone had their attention on me "I've been thinking, and I want to move near my uncle and cousin in forks"

I see everyone looking shocked and then worried.

"Are you sure dear" Mrs. Weasley askes

"Yes, i think in need to get away for a while and get to know my uncle and cousin again" Everyone seemed to be thinking

"I think if that's what you want then you should do it" Hermione looks at with a knowing look.

Hermione like me erased her parents' memories but unlike me she couldn't find them.

Harry gives me a cheeky smile "I support you too, but just know that we will be visiting so much that you'll be sick of us"

"Who names a town after a utensil" Ron makes a face of confusion.

That makes everyone laugh. Everyone eventually told me if that's what I wanted then I should do it all except one.

I look over to George, he was the only one that hadn't spoken.

I look at him in concern "George?" He looks up from his food and I can see his eyes have tears in them. "What do you think?"

Everyone else in the room started to leave to give us some privacy.

George walks over to me and pulls me into a hug. "Lil, I love you. You're the best friend a guy could have, and I only want what's best for you. So, I think you should go and be with your uncle and cousin. Its what will make you happy and I know it will be good for you, hopefully it will stop the nightmares"
