Chapter 4

"Cedric"

I couldn't believe my eyes. But I knew it couldn't be my friend Cedric, after all Cedric died over 4 years ago.

I was so lost in thought that I didn't realize I had been staring for too long.

I look at everyone and they were all staring at me as well. All with different expressions.

Uncle Charlie looked at me with sympathy, he might not know about the magical world but I had always kept in touch with him as much as possible. Once I got home from Hogwarts after Cedric died I had called him up right away. He was always a great support for me.

The Cedric look alike looked as though he was getting a headache looking straight at me. I looked at him in more detail and noticed the differences between him and Cedric.
While Cedric had light tanned skin, he had a sort of marble white skin and while Cedric had soft warm brown eyes, he had cold golden topaz eyes.

I shake my head "why am I trying to compare them Cedric's gone"

I look over at Bella and am shocked by the glare she was giving me.

"Who are you" she sneered at me

By the looks of both uncle Charlie and the boy I now believe to be Edward, Bella's boyfriend by the way she's glaring at me and holding him close to her, they weren't expected her to react like that.

"Bella, don't talk to her like that, this is Lily remember your cousin"

A look of realization comes to her face
"Sorry" she whispers

"All good bells" I wave her off and turn to Edward "sorry about the staring it's just that you look a lot like one of my friends it caught me off guard" 

He looks interested by my statement "Really, what's he like" 

I try not to notice the sympathetic  look that uncle Charlie was giving me as i didn't want to start crying. 

"Um, he was a great friend of mine during school. he was the most honest and kind person I'd ever met"

By my comment i knew that Edward had taken my hint about Cedric being dead. But either Bella didn't notice i was trying to finish the conversation or just didn't care.

"What do you mean was"  

I couldn't help but glare at her before i can answer uncle Charlie answered for me 

"Bella don't be so insensitive, Cedric died during her fourth year in school" Before i can stop myself i corrected him 

"was murdered"  I whisper 

"What" Uncle Charlie asked 

"He didn't die he was murdered" i replied with anger 

All three of them look at me. two with sympathy and 1 with shock. I try and think of a way to lessen the tension in the room until i remember i hadn't introduced teddy. 

"Any way I'd like to introduce you to Teddy my god son" i kiss his forehead and he giggles 

He looks up to Edward and pulls his hands out for him to take him. This shocks me but i smile teddy had always been a good judge of character so if he trusted Edward so would i. Through i still have to have a talk with him about what he did to Bella even if we aren't close she's still my cousin. 

I look up at Edward and he looks at me asking for permission and i nod and hand him Teddy "Teddy doesn't normally open up to strangers so he must like you." I smile and so does Edward.
