Chapter 9

Lily's POV 

"What happened? Why am i here? and where is here?" i list of all the questions that are in my head to the boys. 

I notice that they hadn't been paying me attention until i got there attention with my questions. 

Brenden comes over to me and makes me sit back down on the couch with Teddy "You shouldn't be up, you were just unconscious" 

I don't know if he was trying to get my attention to change or not but if anything it just reminded me of what i wanted to know. 

"Are any of you going to answer my questions or just pretend like nothing happened" I ask with an edge in my voice. 

Since the moment i woke up all they have been trying to do is change the subject and not address the issue. Well that and the weird moment i had with the other male before. 

I don't know his name but i think from what i learned from the others at the bonfire that he was Sam Uley. It was weird i felt a strong connection with him and i had only just met him. 

I am snapped out of my day dream when the man, Sam i think, cleared his throat. 

"We found you in the woods passed out and we brought you here" 

I look into his eyes and study his facial movements and notice that he was telling the truth but there was something he was hiding. 

I think what i want to ask to get more information about the events that occurred. 

"Who found me, I don't think all of you would have found me considering some of you should have been at school" 

I could see that they all tensed with my comment 

"Jared, Paul and I found you" 

I look at the man i think to be Sam and i shake my head 

"You're Sam right?" I ask in a confident voice 

He nods and i smile, finally knowing for sure who the man was. 

His comment about who found me clicked like a clock in my head. 

1, 2 and 3, Three of them found me and there were three wolfs. It all clicked. 

"I was right they are different types of werewolves. It all makes sense" 

There large bodies, the higher temperature they have and the power that i feel radiating from them. That's why the tribe has those stories about there ancestors fighting cold ones. The Cold ones must mean vampires. 

"Wait than who are the vampires"

I noticed all of the guys were looking at me and i sigh, I better ask them if they are werewolves, well not real werewolves as they can shift without the full moon.

 I look at Sam, Paul and Jared and direct my question/statement to them "You guys are the wolves that i saw right before i passed out, aren't you"

Everyone in the room went silent and they all had shocked looks on there faces. I break the silence by continuing to speak 

"It the reason you guys are so buff and have a high temperature and the reason power flows from you. it all makes sense, you guys are brought up learning about the stories about the shifters and the cold ones so when you end up shifting you guys know about what's happening" 

Third person pov 

All the shifters all look at the girl that had just found out about who they were without them telling her. Some of them were too shocked to notice her slip but two of them had noticed.
