What I say
You don't need to hear
If you look
My eyes tell it clear.
I will not repeat
I won't give in
To your abuse,
So discreet.
I am worth a lot.
That I choose to believe
And I don't ever
Need to try and deceive.
There's no need for me to pretend
That I am anything different than me.
So who gave you the right to think that you
Could take away the pride on which I depend.
My life is not pointless.
I can do so much.
They say to fake it 'till you make it
But that is all just a bluff.
You can't force yourself to feel
What you don't feel
With
All
Your
Heart.
