Lea's P.O.V :

*Ring* *Ring* *Ring*
GOsh.. I didn't finish my h.w yet what to do? What to do! uh! .
I picked up my books and headed to my locker i placed my books and grabbed my sandwich . I was heading to cafeteria when someone grabbed my hand and pulled me back.
It was Logan.
" Hey wanna sit with me? " said Logan.
"uh-Um no sorry maybe next time i need to search for Maya , i've been working on my biology report at the Library and i couldn't finish it " i explained sadly .
" Okay , do u want some help after recess ?" Logan asked
" Umm no i can do it by myself don't worry any ways thanks " i gave him a sweet smile then left.
I kept walking till i reached the cafeteria , i found an empty table and sat .
I placed my lunch on the table and started eating .
" Hiiii Leaaaaaaaaa" Maya shouted excitedly.
" Maya where have u been?! I didn't see u anywhere , wait... Did u skip some classes with Mike again?"
*Maya chuckled *
" Maybeeeeeeee!!! " said Maya but this time a lot louder
" Maya come here are u drunk?" I asked worried
*she burst out laughing like she saw a flying elephant *
*giggles* " Leaaaa look a R-Rainboowwww "
" Gosh lets get u out of here ur in a huge trouble Maya! I warned u a billion times and .. Wait who am i kidding ur drunk u can barely listen to what i'm saying "
I grabbed her hand and dragged her out if the cafeteria . I kept dragging her till we reached the bathroom i opened the door and closed it slammed shut thanks god there's no one here . I started washing her face and her hands she started mumbling some weird things that i couldn't hear.
" just stop it Barney u know that i hate it when someone touches my face u silly ! Get ur dirty hands off of me !" She giggles.
" Maya ! focus am not Barney i'm Lea! Your best-friend since kindergarten! " I said angrily
" Stop lying to me Barney i-I'm not a big fan of uuuuuuuu !" Maya shouted .
" sweet niblets !, she's never gonna shut up is she! " i mumbled .
I dragged her out of the bathroom and headed to the office i have to get her out of here before something weird happens . I kept dragging her until i reached the office i knocked the door twice .
" Come in " said Principle Richard
I opened the door and dragged Maya inside .
" Sit " Said Mr. Richard .
I sat Maya on the sofa and then i sat next to her.
" So , tell me Lea whats wrong?" Asked Richard .
I cleared my throat " Um Mr. Richard Maya is feeling sick she might have a high fever can i take her home plz? I just need your acceptance and i'll take her home" i exclaimed.
" Miss Lea , i'm sorry but i have no proof that Maya is sick . maybe She's trying to skip school i know those kinda games that she's playing and its not working " Said Mr. Richard as he smirked.
" But .. but Mr. Richard she's not acting! , she's really sick " i said concerned .
" Grandma is that you? , Did u bring me muffins ? , get your hands off them Barney ! they're mine! go get ur own M- ..." As she started puking .
" Nooo not on my new carpet! " Shouted Richard.
" you know what u may take Maya home she seems not well. Get out of here right now ! " said Mr. Richard angrily.
" Okay thank u Mr. Richard , and.. Sorry about the Puke " i said worried .
" Katieeeee get the cleaning equipment's! u have alot cleaning to do!! Hurry up!" shouted Mr. richardson .
I then dragged Maya out of the school building and headed to the car i opened the door to Maya and sat her on the car seat .
I got in the car and pulled away.
" Mum! Stop i don't wanna go home! I don't want i don't want tooooo" Maya Whined.
" Maya !! Stop whining your dragging me crazy ! U've caused enough troubles today ! And for the last time ! Am not your Mum or grandma or Barney or whatever. just shut up!" I said .
I kept roaming down the streets till i reached home. I parked my car and pulled the car keys . I then pulled Maya out of the car. And walked to the door i opened the door and entered . Its when i heard some noise in the living room. I closed the door slowly and grabbed Maya's hand .
" i'm HungrYyyyyy i want candyyyy!!!!" Maya shouted.
" Sssshhh! Maya i think theirs Someone in here quiet!" I mumbled.
I sat Maya on the chair in the kitchen and gave her a muffin .
" Here eat this , and don't go anywhere okay? Don't move ever! I'll be right back " i whispered .
I got out of the kitchen and made my way to the living room.
*Man.. I feel like am dealing with a 3 year old child * i mumbled .
I reached the living room till i found a boy with raven black hair sitting on the sofa with his intertwined hands and his head is pulled downwards .
" James?" I said with my Eyes wide open.
" Lea...!" Said James his voice was more like a whisper.
" James.. What are u doing here? , and how did u get in here?" I asked surprised.
" uh-um i was roaming the neighborhood and i thought why not visit ?" Said James in a low voice.
" And.. How did u get in here?" I asked .
" i-i saw the door open and i entered , u didn't answer any of my phone calls and u tried to avoid me the whole week , we need to talk Lea , am Sorry i never meant to hurt u & am sorry i said i hate you i didn't mean to i swear!" Said James.
" J-james"
" Sssh don't say anything am truly sorry " as he stepped closer and closed the gap between us.
" James .. no i cant" my voice came like a whisper.
" why not?" As he cupped my cheeks.
" b-because.. I don't wanna lose u as my best-friend, i don't want things to change between us.. No i don't! , i don't want us to be strangers James.. Because it always happens when couples break up i can't! , i cant risk our friendship because of some weird feelings , i can't! James noo ".
" don't u trust me? " he mumbled .
" Y-yes i do but.. i cantt.." I shouted.
He didn't say anything. Until then this happened.

we kissed.

" OMG! Barney ! Why are u eating this poor young man!" Shouted Maya loudly.
James pulled away fast and moved away.
" Maya ! I told u to stay at the kitchen "
" Barney?!" Asked James surprised.
" James .. *Giggles* i'm sorry but she's kinda Drunk ".
"Kinda ? " he chuckled .
" Grandma where's my cookies? I'm so hungry u better bring me some or things will get worse" Shouted Maya.
" James.. Um.. Help? What do u do if your friend got heavy drunk?, i washed her face & brought her a full glass of water! What else can i do? How long will she stay like that acting all weird.. & nuts. I cant handle such situations !!". I exclaimed worried.
" don't worry just tell me when did she got drunk?" asked James.
" Umm.. 10:30 AM" I said scratching my head.
" great.. Do u have some pain killers?" Asked James.
" but W-what will the pain killers do? I mean what does have the pain killers do with a drunk situation?" I asked .
" Lea .. Uh-um your right. How about... We take her to the doctor?". Said James.
" Seriously James! A doctor?! Thats all that u can think of?" I said.
*Chuckles* " I'm sorry i don't know what to do with such situations either'. As he laughed.
I poked him.
" James!! Stop laughing this is serious!". *Giggles*.
" Fine.. We will take her home then?" Asked James.
" Yup! Thats better we can't deal with this anymore". I said with surrender.
We both held Maya and stepped out of the house we got inside the car.
" Hold your horses! Barney! Your not kidnapping me are u !! Ooohhhh your going to jail!! U never deserve to be on T.v i hate uuuuu B-b-barney!!!!" shouted Maya.
" Whats up with Barney?! Why does she keeps repeating it? *Chuckles* wait.. Don't tell me she still watches those!" said James as he Laughed.
" Well.. For your information Barney is cool" i said with a smirk on my face.
He burst out laughing.
*chuckles* " You like him too?" James said as he laughed hard.
" Hey! Stop laughing.. Were in a serious situation here, just be serious a little bit " i said as i turned to face the window.
We kept roaming the streets till we reached Maya's home.
" wait... What will Maya's Parents will do if they knew that she's drunk? Wouldn't they be mad? Or somethin?" Asked James.
" Umm.. Your kinda right.. But we have no choice left.. Either she stays with us being all weird & crazy , Orrrrr... Her Parents will know about it they'll get a little bit mad but they'll take care of her before she can make more of this monkey business, so?" I asked.
" Yup Your right.. No more Barney Business" James said as he Chuckled.
I giggled .
We reached the door and knocked twice.
We waited until Her mom appeared.
" Oh Hey there Lea Come in.. But wait isn't Maya with u ? I thought she got back from school with you! Where is she?" Maya's mom asked concerned.
" Uh-um Maya was drunk she skipped two classes and she got drunk thats why i took permission from Mr. Richard to take Maya home i took her with me i tried everything but i couldn't handle it i couldn't and now that i couldn't do anything.. So i brought her back home so u could take care of her .. And here she is in the car acting all weird & crazy i'm sorry i didn't tell u about that earlier i didn't wanna get you worried i'm so sorry". I exclaimed
" Gosh.. maya ! I'll ground her when she gets all okay" Maya's mom said angrily .
" Anyways.. thank u Lea so much for taking care of her"said Maya's mom.
" Oh its okay ... Thats nothing." I said.
As James.. Pulled Maya out of the car.
" Thank you ! young man ! , am sorry i didn't say hii i was busy concerned" Maya's mom said.
" its okay" Said James with a smile on his face.
Maya's mom pulled Maya inside the house and said goodbye and closed the door.
" Barneyyy!! U know u'll never get away with this! This isn't done yet!" Maya shouted then her mum closed the door shut.
*we both chuckled and went back home*
