Maya's P.O.V :
I got out of the shower & wore a pink crop top that's written on it " Pretty please.. ♡" along with a short and my white converse.
I jogged downstairs to see Logan sitting on the sofa while watching some sort of weird zombie movie.
speaking of Zombies.. How does my face looks like without any makeup?..
" Welcome back! How are u feeling?" Logan questioned.
I jumped on the sofa beside him as i started playing with my fingers.
" Um.. Better" i mumbled.
Logan is being so sweet to me.. Weird right? Shouldn't he treat me .. Differently because of what i've done to Lea?.. Hmm... That leaves a lot of questions in my mind.
" what are u thinking of shortcake?" Logan said as he chuckled.
Well.. I'm kinda feeling lonely , sad , desperate, broken, angry, and a bit..hungry ,Wait.. Pause ...rewind.. Did he just called me shortcake? Seriously! Couldn't he come out with another nickname!
Shortcake?.. He named me after a cake? .. Or probably because i'm short?.. Hey! I'm not that short!.
" Maya.. Hello?" Logan said as he snapped me out of my thoughts.
" Uh-yeah sorry.. I'm fine" i said as i gave him a sweet smile.
" u don't look fine.." James said.
Man..i wish he can just change the topic..i'm feeling a bit hungry.
"Well.. I think i'm just hungry" i said.
" how about i make u brownies?" James asked as he laughed.
Sweet potato pie! I would love that!
Brownies... Ugh! The taste of smooth chocolate,melting in my mouth...sweet sweet food!, sure.. Everything has an end.. Except for F♾d (food).I have to stop before i start drooling.
I nodded.
" Okay i'll go and make some while u can have some rest " Logan said as he smiled.
" M'kay " i said as he went to the kitchen.
I kept watching T.v ,after few minutes my eyes started to close until i drifted to sleep right away.
After few minutes i felt someone poked me twice.
" Maya.. Maya wake up " Logan whispered.
" uh...fat Squirrels..." I mumbled.
He chuckled.
"What?, come on get up you'll regret this..i'll eat all your brownies". He said as he chuckled.
I jumped off the sofa quickly.
" Oh ..!you wouldn't dare!" I said as ran to the kitchen.
I spotted the plate of brownies on the counter i made may way as i grabbed a handful of brownies and stuffed them in my mouth.
"Slow down u'll choke!" Logan said as he chuckled.
I looked at him popping an eyebrow.My mouth was full of brownies..Awkward.
" Nah..i won't your just jealous because you didn't eat any!" I said as i laughed.
" U know..i'm enjoying this actually.." Logan said as he smirked.
"Hmm & why is that Mr.?" I said as i wiped my mouth with a napkin.
" Well.no offense but u looked like a Squirrel " Logan said as he bursted out laughing like a hyena.
" Oh..u didn't just say that ! Logan your going down!" I said as i started following him.
Logan ran as fast as he could i kept running after him till i tackled him on the ground as i tripped on top of him.
Sweet niblets..its not gonna get weirder is it?
Logan chuckled as he looked at me deep in the eyes.
It was kinda..weird.
He didn't move he froze in his place.
Its time to break the silence before it gets weirder.
So corny..
I got off of him and sat on the marbled floor next to him.
"So umm..thanks for the brownies.." I said as i smiled.
" Anytime.." Logan said as he scratched the back of his neck.
I kept staring at the floor until then he spoke.
"Well..i've got to go.. Take care i'll pick u up to school tomorrow okay?" Logan asked.
Why would he want that?.. What about Lea?..is he pitting me?.
"Okay...thanks for everything" i said as i hugged him.
His hands tightened around my waist.
"Need-More-Oxygen!" I breathed out.
"Sorry.."Logan said as he laughed.
"Take care.. Bye" Logan said as he left.
I sat on the sofa as i let my head fall to the soft cushion's.
