Krishn smiled as he looked at Panchaali, today his happiness knew no bounds, years of his wait had come to an end, a grin spread on his lips as she questioned him.
“The relations of hearts don’t need words.” He whispered, his heart thudded with joy, tears threatened to fill his eyes, he knew that she still didn’t know him, but he had been waiting for her, for years now.
The years of wait for his best friend, his sister had finally come to an end.
He continued to stare at Panchaali, she had finally grown into a very beautiful woman, world’s most beautiful woman to be precise.
He gazed into her eyes as he itched to press his lips to her forehead, to hug her.
“Do I know you?” She questioned, her voice thick with emotions, he knew that she too could feel their ethereal bond, the sacred bond of their friendship and trust, the most beautiful relationship of a god and his devotee, the holiest bond of a brother and sister, the pure bond of Narayan and Shakti.
“Do I know you?” She asked again as she looked at him, he smiled the calm serene smile as his eyes lit with amusement making her arch a brow,
“That is a question you need to ask yourself.” He replied, his cryptic words making her even more confused,
“What is that even supposed to mean?” She asked,
“What it actually means.” He stated,
“And that is?” She prompted,
“Something you already know.” He stated making her sigh in frustration,
“Can anyone ever win with you in this verbal battle Mr. Stranger?” She asked sarcastically,
“A very good question. How about you answer it.” He teased making her want to scream in frustration,
“You are such a...” She was cut off by him, “A cute and handsome man? I know dear you don’t need to praise me.” He stated making her sigh in annoyance as she looked up at his smirking face.
“At least tell me your name.” She didn’t know why but she was itching to know his name, like it would serve a great purpose, he smiled, his charming smile almost making her forget everything, all at once.
“People call me Krishn Vasudev Yadav.” He stated, her mouth dropped open as she froze, her heart thudding in her chest wildly as her breathing nearly stopped.
“Ramayana has Ram, Mahabharat has Krishn.” The words came floating to her mind, Krishn, this man was god?
Her mind swarm with images as she looked at him again, once again more carefully, her heart thudding wildly in her chest, she looked at him, how can this be possible?
Wait, she was in Dvapara. . .
Holy god! She was in front of a god! She? an atheist!
Her eyes were fixed on the peacock feather, the flute and his handsome face.
The unnatural glow, the soothing calmness in her heart, her inner self screamed that he was a god but her mind was ready to shut down with the shock of it. What was she supposed to do?
How was she supposed to talk to him?
“Use your mouth, that’s the best option you have if you wish to talk to me.” He teased making her blink her eyes like an idiot,
“Gods joke?” Was the first thing that she blurted out, he chuckled, he couldn’t hold it in any longer, her shocked expression making him laugh harder.
