The Journey Continues: Devil May Cry 1 (Dante x reader) Book 2: Rewrite

Mission 20:(Rewrite)

(Y/n) POV

Dante was still holding me in bridal style before he was able to get us down on the ground, but Dante didn't put me down because Dante needed to jump up on the other side.  I still can't believe that we were in the Underworld, "This is creepy." I muttered out.  Dante just tells me, "Don't worry. I won't let anything hurt you at all." Dante said to me.  I just smiled at Dante before telling him, "I know, but still, this is creepy in the Underworld." I said to Dante.  Dante just kisses my head before he tells me, "I got you." Dante said to me.  I just nod my head at Dante.

Dante was able to get us on the other side before he puts me down on the ground before we start running, but I noticed the hallway has some creepy stuff on the wall that was beating creepy.  Dante uses his sword to slash at the red stuff that was blocking our way before we were walking towards the room.  But of course, there was those frost demons, "Ugh, not you guys again!" I yelled out to the demons.  I pulled out my guns before firing at the frost demons.  Dante starts attacking them with his Ifrit with his punch and kicks. 

I could be punching and kicking the demons, but I would hurt my fist because these demons would be strong, but I haven't tried kicking them, so I waited for the frost demon to start charging up towards to me.  I start kicking the demon, but it only did a little damage towards the frost demons.  I just use my dagger to stab at the frost demon, while I use my other gun to fire at the demon's body before I was able to get rid of the frost demon, even though that demon was hard to get rid of.  Dante was finish killing the last frost demon before we look at each other with smiles on our faces, "Too easy." Dante said to me.

I just chuckle at Dante before telling him, "You're right about that." I said to Dante.  Dante just chuckles at me before we were walking towards the red stuff that block our path again.  Dante uses his sword to get rid of it.  We start running towards the room, but we stop running, but I was walking around the room, "Woah!" Me and Dante yelled out at the same time.  I looked up to see symbols start to glow red on the ceiling.  I wasn't really paying attention because I was walking straight ahead by myself, while Dante was standing there by himself.  We heard a familiar voice yell out to us, "Dante! (Y/n)!" Trish yells out our names.

I stop walking to see Trish on the ground.  I noticed Trish stick out her hand towards to us, "Dante! (Y/n)! Help me!" Trish yells out to us.  I was already ahead of Dante, before me and Dante yelled out Trish's name, "Trish!!" Me and Dante yelled out to Trish.  I already made it to Trish, but before I could help her up or check up her for any wounds.  There was some kind of shaking around here.  I turn back to see Dante there stop running before we saw something blocking Dante from getting out.

I bang my fists on the force field before I yelled out to Dante, "Dante!" I yelled out Dante's name.  Dante looks at me before he tells me, "I'm okay. How's Trish?" Dante asks me.  Before I could answer Dante's question.  I noticed something behind Dante before yelling out to Dante, "Dante! Behind you!" I yelled out to Dante.  Dante turns around quickly to see that goo demon behind him.  The goo demon starts to form into something again before Dante yells out to me and Trish, "(Y/n), Trish, stay back!" Dante yells out to us.  I just nod my head at Dante before he starts to go fight the goo demon.

I looked back at Trish before I started to check up on her, "Are you okay? You're not hurt, right?" I ask Trish.  Trish starts to chuckle at me before she tells me, "You know, I almost feel bad for hurting you and taking you to my Master." Trish said to me.  I was in shock of this but before I could pull out my dagger towards to Trish.  I felt her lightning powers hitting me and shocking me, "Ahhhhhh!" I scream out in pain.  I heard Trish laugh at this before I fall down on the ground, but before I could close my eyes.  I heard Trish talking to me, "No hard feelings to you, (Y/n)." Trish said to me.  I just groan out in pain before I passed out.
