I sat outside on the school's steps waiting for my driver. Angel got out of school before me and went to Zach's and Karina's to play with their kitten; she said in a text to me. I decided that I will listen to some music. I pull out my phone and ear pods and played "Dance to This" by Ariana Grande and Troy Sivan. I was feeling the song that I got up and dance around a little and sang along as well. The song finally came to an end; then "Say so" by Doja cat remix by Nicki Minaj came on and I started to dance and rap like I'm crazy again. I was so into my music that I didn't realize Jake was standing right behind me. I felt so embarrassed that I ran and hid behind the flower plants at the side.
"I already saw you; you know," Jake said chuckling.
"Um hi," I said behind the plant.
" Come on don't be shy I won't eat you, you sound great," Jake said.
"Really?" I asked peeping from behind the plant.
"Yes now stop acting like a child and come here," Jake demanded.
I walked towards the steps and stand next to him looking at him. He is so tall that I am; I might have to tip-toe to meet his height. I sat down and took my phone and ear pods and placed it in my bag.
"What are you still doing here it's 4:20 already?" Jake asked.
"I'm waiting for Jai my driver and guard to pick me up but he is not here as yet," I said playing with my bag straps.
"Wait Jai is your guard?" Jake asked.
"Yes, he is, why do you sound so surprised?"
"He never really wanted that position, I see everyone do like you huh," Jake said.
" You seem to know him well, are you like close friends?" I asked curiously.
"Yeah we are close I have his number let me call him and see where he at," Jake said.
He took his phone out and called and put it on speaker. After a few rings, he picked up.
"Hey man what's up?" Jai said.
"What happen did you forget to pick up Navin he's been waiting for hours now?". Jake asked.
"I'm so sorry Navin, the car broke down on my way there and I didn't have your number to call you to tell you I will be running late, I beg your forgiveness, your grace." Jai pleaded.
"It's fine Jai, I'll wait," I said.
"Hey, Jake can you call your driver; to come to pick you guys up?" Jai asked.
" Yeah, sure no problem," Jake said.
"Thanks a thousand man, I'll wait until the car is fixed then head home," Jai said and cut off the phone.
"Sorry, but can you hurry, please? I'm tired." I said yarning a little.
"Don't worry my driver will be here any minute," Jake said.
After a few minutes, his driver came and I was slowly falling asleep. I got into the car and fell asleep.

I woke up in my room, I thought to myself how did I get to my room? I was getting a fever again and was feeling lazy to get up. I checked the time to see that it was 9:30 pm. Wow, I slept long and I'm sure not going to sleep back for now as well. I stayed there a little then finally decided that I will shower and probably feel a little better. After spending about 30 minutes in the shower I got out. I put on sweatpants and a huge hoody to warm myself up. Afterward, I decided that I was going to get some orange juice I'm craving it. As I opened the door Jake was standing at the door with a cup in his hands and was about to knock on the door.
