Leaving home

I was awakened by the sound of my alarm clock that boomed throughout the room. The moment I was going to shut it off Angel got there before and threw the goddamn clock against the wall.

"What was that for? That's my only clock you know?" I said sounding husky.

"Who sleeps with an alarm clock on Sunday Navin? Angel said while covering up with all the blankets.

I scoffed.

I got up and made use of the washroom and did my morning necessities. After spending probably an hour in the shower I finally got out and saw angel now descending from the bed looking lethargic as ever. she went straight to the bathroom and did her morning necessities. while on the other hand, I was searching for something to wear; this was harder than I thought it would be. After searching for a while I finally decided that I will wear blue jeans with a white shirt after some time angel came out looking alive and refreshed. I decided that I will head downstairs and get breakfast and let her dress in peace. I got downstairs and saw my grandparents sitting at the table already having breakfast.

" Good morning Ma and Pa," I said while kissing grandma on her head.

" Good morning," They said simultaneously.

I went over to get breakfast, I grab some eggs and bacon, and bread with a cup of orange juice. I sat in my seat and saw my grandparents looking at my cup of juice. They had worries on their faces.

" Honey are you not feeling well?" Ma asked.

" I'm fine why did asked that Ma?" I asked.

Before she can answer Angel walked into the kitchen and said morning greetings and went for her breakfast and sat next to me.

" what's up with the juice?" Angel asked.

''Honey since when you were just a baby you only wanted orange juice whenever you were not well and living with us for so long as well we also have observed it and I'm sure angel has too,'' Ma said.

" Trust me I have to notice it and when he doesn't have it; he gets all grumpy," Angel said rolling her eyes.

" I'm fine, I just saw it and it looked good so I decided to have some.

" Okay but if you're not feeling well later tell us okay?" grandpa said.

I nodded.

" Why are you not at the palace today Pa?" Angel asked.

I awaited his answer cause I forgot about that.

" I'm heading there in an hour and discussing our decisions with her highness. Angel please informed your brother of the offer made to you as well and let us know as soon as possible okay I'm sure her highness would want us to move immediately after I tell her. " grandpa said while drinking his cup of coffee.

Angel nodded.

After breakfast Angel left and I got back to my room. I was on my bed singing to " Elastic Heart" by Sia; When I was interrupted by Angel calling.

" What's up?" I answered.

" Looks like this bitch is going right behind you". she said with the most cheerful voice ever.

"What are you talking about?" I asked a little bit lost.

" My brother said yes and it would be rude to refuse an offer from her highness and blah blah you know."

I rolled my eyes.

" Honey your grandpa just called and said we should get packing your majesty will be sending for us at 6 pm tonight we are moving tonight," Ma said with a sweet smile.
