What if Snart never died in DC'S legends of tomorrow

Chapter 1

(This starts when the legends were gonna destroy the oculus in season 1)

Sara, Firestorm and Leonard Snart were fighting guards when they saw their captain Rip Hunter running back from a building called the Oculus.
"Where's Ray and Rory," Sara asked seeing as he was alone.
"Uhh Ray is in my pocket and Mr Rory has elected himself to stay and destroy the Oculus," Rip said still running and then explained how someone has to stay present to destroy the Oculus.
Snart began to run towards the building with Sara following.

"Get out of here," Mick yelled as they saw Snart running towards him.
"Mick," Snart said as he got on the platform.
"Go I want to get revenge on these bastards," Mick said.
"My old friend I'm sorry," Snart said before he hit Mick away attempting to knock him out.

(This is where things start to change)

Mick wasn't knocked out but had to take a minute to recover.
"Get him out of here," Snart said to Sara thinking he incapacitated him.
"No," Sara said in a quivering voice not wanting to lose anyone.
"Just do it," Snart said in a cold tone.
Sara then went up to Snart and kissed him, when Mick got up and knocked Snart unconscious.
"Get him out of here blondie and take this with you," Mick said handing his gun to Sara, "now get out of here you're almost out of time."
Sara carries Snart back to the ship.

Time master Bruce comes into where Mick is and yelled "Shut it down."
"This is revenge," Mick says as a comback, then the Oculus blows up as the waverider flies away.

Snart was filled with guilt about how he couldn't save his friend, and pondered what would've happened if he did save him.
Sara also felt a lot of guilt for not being able to find some way to save Mick, it was one of the few moments she let her self be vulnerable, and shed a few tears.
Everyone mourned Mick even though he was an asshole most of the time he was still a legend and sacrificed himself for the team.

A bit later the waverider landed back in 2016, where Rip said that that is where they would part ways to the teams disagreement, but the waverider left before they could get back on.
"You want to talk," Snart asked Sara.
"I guess, how you holding up," Sara asked Snart.
"I feel guilt, I wish there was some way to save him," Snart answered, "you?"
"Same, I'ma head off to see some family, we can talk later if you want," Sara said then walked off.

Snart went to central city and saw his Sister Lisa.
When Lisa saw Snart she ran up to him and gave him a hug, "Lenny your back." She then noticed Mick wasn't with him, "Where's Mick?"
Snart then explains what happened.
"Oh, I'm sorry to hear that, are you ok." Lisa asked knowing Mick's death would be hard on him.
Snart gave the same answer he gave to Sara.

The Sara, Quentin reunion goes the same except for one thing

Sara went to the graveyard to visit Laurel. After a few minutes she called Snart. (The team all had each other's phone numbers)

"Hello?" Snart said "Who is this?"
"It's Sara," Sara said her voice was quivering.
"Oh Sara what's up, your voice is quivering and I doubt it's from the cold," Snart said.
This cause Sara to chuckle a bit, "I just needed to talk to someone, and I feel like I could trust you."
"I'm all ears," Snart said.
"My sister is dead," Sara said with a bit of a sniffle.
Snart felt sorry for her, "sorry to here that."
"I'm at her grave right now, and all I could think about is Damien Darhk killing her," Sara said.
"If you want I could head over, if you want," Snart said.
"It's fine, I just felt like I could talk to you about this without it feeling like the person I'm talking to is treating me like a child," Sara said.
This caused Snart to blush a little, "glad to see I could be a help."
"I was wondering, what would you do if Rip came back," Sara asked, "and he wanted us to come back and finish what we started."
"I would go mainly because I want to get revenge on Savage for being the reason that Mick died," Snart said.
"I would go to plus it would give me an excuse to leave the city." Sara said.
"What about the others," Snart asked.
"The professor and Ray said they were gonna make a temperal beacon like before when we got stranded in the 80's," Sara said.
"Hm but would it work because if I remember correctly, Ray said that it took over 2 years of being in the past to work," Snart pointed out.
"Yeah but here they do have more to use then Ray's suit," Sara also pointed out.
"That's true, do you by chance know where they're meeting," Snart asked.
"I'm pretty sure they said to meet at the place Rip dropped us off," Sara answered.

They talked for a bit then hung up and waited for the next day.
