Lilly Beckett, one of the characters from my book, "Stark", is going to spend her summer vacation in Asgard after being reunited with her father, Thor. Now that she's free from her mean adoptive parents, Lilly realizes that she finally has a chance...
Thor woke up to his brother hitting him in the face with a pillow. "Wake up, you rat!" Loki shouted as he hits Thor in the face with a pillow.
"Loki", Thor said. "What are you doing?"
"Trying to get you out of bed, you imbecile", Loki says, as if that were obvious.
"I get that, but why?"
"Do you know what today is, you witless oaf?"
"Stop with the name calling", Thor said as he got out of bed. "I know that it's my daughter's birthday".
"Good. You're not a moron. Now get dressed and meet us in the throne room so we can plan this surprise",Loki said. He walked out of the room.
"Who's 'we'?" Thor asked, but Loki didn't answer.

Thor went into the throne room. Odin, Frigga, Fandral, Volstagg, Hogan and Will were in the throne room. "Am I the only one who didn't know about this?" Thor asked.
"Elizabeth and Amber are about to find out", Will said.
"How long have you all been planning this?" Thor asks.
"Your brother started planning this yesterday. He really loves Lilly",Frigga says.
"Yes, he does", Thor replied.
"Loki has gone to wake up Lilly, Lady Sif has gone to Elizabeth and Amber's home and Asmund and Calvin has gone to find Asger", Odin explained.
"What do I do?" Thor asked.
"I heard the cake is finished", Volstagg said. Will sat on his shoulders.
"Make sure Volstagg is nowhere near the food", Fandral said.

Lilly wakes up to the sunlight blaring through her bedroom window. There was a knock on her door.
"Come in", she said, still feeling tired. The door was opened by Loki.
"Good morning, Traitor", Loki said.
"Good morning, Uncle", Lilly said.
"Do you know what today is?" Loki asked. Lilly shook her head. "It's your birthday".
"I have a birthday?" Lilly asked.
"Yes, Lilly".
"What are we doing today?"
"I plan to teach you some magic today".
"Awesome".
"Get changed into this. I'll be waiting outside", Loki said. He gave her a red and black outfit. He walks out of the room.
