Chapter 15. A Voice, and the Enemy

Unknown POV

Drip drop drip. I scurry along the curvy, spiky road to him. My master. I must hurry! I worry they might have noticed me. As I look at the walls, full of blood, leaking with death. Almost all of my brethren have been killed. I cannot fail! I keep on running. I finally stop in front of the big black doors that lead to my master's. Carved into them are stories of many different heroes and villains. Humans and monsters. I knock quietly on the doors. I worry they might soon fall, but they stood for over 5 millennia. They will last another.

"Come in." A deep, dark voice orders me. I do as I am told and walk into the room. In the middle of the room, a big black throne stands, it is as black as night. I look for my master. I see that my master is not sitting on his throne but looking at something. My last report of the Demigods. "What is it?". I run into the room and stop before I trip against the pointy rocks.

"Sire, it is the Demigods. They have noticed that something happened. They are preparing. When I was checking on them, I noticed one of them saw me. In a dream, but she was a Demigod. She now knows something is happening. What do we do?" I worry.

"I am sure they know of the problem by now. But we cannot do anything yet. I am not at my full power. Neither is my friend over there." My master says, pointing to a pile of robes. I look at it and notice something white coming out. "He is gaining power. He and I will help defeat our enemies. I will defeat my enemy Alice since she is much more powerful than her father Perseus, even though Perseus is a god, Alice is still much more powerful. And he... I will use his real name. Voldemort will defeat Harry Potter. Just a mere mortal. But still an enemy. Once we do that, I will rule the world!"

Suddenly the room shudders.

"Of course, my... other friend will rule over a much bigger part. Right?" and the room stops shuddering. "Good, I wonder what the Demigods will do when they see what I have in store." He then looks at me. "Go, keep and eye on them. If they see you again... I think you will end just like the rest of your... Brethren." And I quicken my pace to the door. I will not fail you my master. "Kronos.".

Alice POV

That was a terrible nightmare. I wasn't in Tartarus. It was a dream, like if I saw something happen at the same time as I was sleeping. I look at myself and notice that I am sweating. I wake up Jasper and tell him my dream. About the little cyclops and Kronos and a weird white dude. And the worst of all, Tartarus. I shudder at the thought.

"We should call Chiron and tell Nico and Will." I nod and we run out of our room.

It's almost December, around 2 months since my cousins came, about 3 months since school started. Nothing bad happened. Yet. But now, with what I saw in my dream, I worry the worst is coming soon.
We wake up the other Demigods in our room and tell them my dream. "We should call Chiron; he probably knows what to do." So, we go into the training room. There I make a rainbow and call him.

"Oh, Fleecy do me a solid and show me Chiron in Camp-Half Blood." It's nighttime here, so it's morning in America. The connection works well, and we see the behind of a centaur. "Chiron!" I yell. He jumps and turns around. He grows a look of surprise as he notices who it is.

"Yes, Alice?". I took a breath and told him my whole dream. Chiron nods while thinking.

"This might be part of the Prophecy; you remember it right?" I nod as I remember how it went.

/Flashback\

Alice POV

Ah! I need to ask Chiron if I can go to England or Scotland before Hecate shows up and takes me away! I think to myself as I run to the Big House at Camp. In there I see Chiron in chair mode. I breath. "Chiron, Hecate will soon take me to England or Scotland. I don't know!? What do I do? I need to protect some guy from my new evil Granduncle called Voldemort! Chiron!" He nods while thinking about what I just said.

"We should go to Rachel. If she has a Prophecy, we will know what to do." And that's what we do.

I mind noted that we are now at Rachel's cave, but that I don't see Rachel.

"Rachel? Anyone home?" I ask in wonder if the redhead is home.

"Coming, coming!" she replies. After a couple minutes she runs out. "What is it?".

"I need a Prophecy." I stated. She rolled her eyes.

"Do you really think- "and the Prophecy started.

"One shall go to the land where no god or goddess rules, except one.

Three more will join later.

Fight together they must.

Against a duo of creatures, you already fought.

All except one.

Join forces you must with another.

If not, death shall come to all, but one.

Only the most powerful will be left alive.

Leave now you must."

"- I can just say a Prophecy out of nowhere?". She looked at our surprise faces. "I just said it right?" She asked in a bored tone. We all nodded. Chiron then looked at me.

"Do you have that all noted?" I nodded in agreement. "Back to the Big House!" and then we discussed. Later Hecate came and the journey began.

\Flashback Over/

(Still) Alice POV

I smile at the memory. "Well then, Alice, I'm guessing the two people, or creatures as the Prophecy went, are Kronos and Voldemort. Both have been fought before. And the forces you must join are probably the Wizards. Wizards against Voldemort, and Demigods against Kronos," Chiron says.

"But you say that there was someone else in the room with Kronos and Voldemort?" I nod.

Chiron thinks for a moment. "I can only hope it isn't him... But I guess only time will tell us if this is a greater enemy. The prophecy said nothing about a third enemy," I sigh.

"Those gods, they never do give us a break, do they?" Chiron laughs at what I just said.

"Now go to sleep, all of you." He says to the six of us. I jump up and run to my room. Jasper right after me, the others going to their rooms.
