Betty reaches the end of the aisle and passes her flowers to Cheryl who gives her hand a supportive squeeze.
    "You okay?" Jughead asks.
"Yeah, are you?" She whispers back.
He nods, smiling. They recite their vows and hold their breath when the time to kiss reached them. Betty takes a deep breath and ten seconds felt like ten years. Jughead rested his hand on the back of her head pulling her lips into his. When they pull away, everyone cheers.
    "You look beautiful." He smiles.
    "So do you...but handsome."
He chuckles. "Thank you, do you want me to get you something to eat? Pop Tate dropped by with a bunch of food."
"I would love that, thank you."
Jughead walks down back down the aisle to where the food was and Betty turns to her friends and family. Veronica screams, jumping up and down, Cheryl and Polly join in. Jughead turns back around and chuckles to himself.
"The first one of us to be married, how is he?" Veronica asks
"Well, he's nice. Really nice, actually. He's helping me get back into my writing and-"
"No, how is he?" She presses.
    "Oh, we haven't..."
    "Really?"
"Well, not everyone was matched with their boyfriend. Right Cher?"
"Yeah...Toni and I did it...but I'm sure that you aren't the only ones, I mean chuck and Ethel-" Veronica waves her hands rapidly behind Betty, signalling for Cheryl to stop. "Archie and Josie-" Veronica waves harder. "Kevin and-"
"Holy shit, you guys are weird." Veronica spits out.
"Really, Chuck and Ethel? They hate each other."
"I guess they just wanted to relieve some tension."
"Huh, I always thought that they would secretly split or something."
    "No, that never happens."
    "Never?"
    "Never."
"Here you go." Jughead smiles, passing Betty her meal.
She smiles at him, before sitting down at the wedding party table. She nibbles on the same fry for ten minutes and Jughead stares over at her, worriedly.
"You okay? You seem upset." He asks.
    "No, I'm fine." She shrugs.
"Okay, I have a little sister, I know that means your not fine. Let's go into the hall and we can talk about it, alright?"
"No, really. I'm fine. Just thinking about everything that's happened in the past three days. Did you know Ethel and Chuck had sex?"
Jughead cringes. "How would I know that, also...gross."
"And Archie and Josie. Kevin and Fangs. Veronica and Sweetpea. Cheryl and Toni-"
"I get the picture, what's your point?"
"Why haven't we?" She mentally slaps herself for sounding so desperate.
He smiles, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear. "I don't know, because we are the two people who don't need sex to try and fix something we can't control."
"And why jas nobody got divorced or broken up?"
    "It's illegal."
    "I don't know, I just...there's so much going on and...I don't know."
"Well, if you really want to have sex there's a perfectly good bathroom." He chuckles, and she lightly hits him on the arm, laughing along. "I wanted to wait until you were comfortable with me, that's all."
"You're so sweet." She smiles, kissing him.
