Sami stood pacing the hospital. All that he could think over was Layla and if she would be okay. Sami knew that it wasn't just her to worry about but it was there baby. Sami sighed as he ran a hand through his hair as he saw a doctor walked towards him

"how is she? Is she okay?" Sami asked as the doctor looked to him and smiled

"we have placed Layla into a medically induced coma and her blood pressure is through the roof so we are going to take her for an emergency c section. It's for both her health and the baby healthy. We will let you down when you can see her" the doctor said as Sami nodded.

He knew he was going to be a father but he thought that he had a few months to prepare for becoming a father and he was scared. He was scared of being a dad and being a failure of a dad and he was scared for Layla and their baby as he knew it was early and he just wanted it to be okay.

Sami knew that he wanted it all to be okay. Sami sighed as he sat Down and ran his hands through his hair as he picked up his phone and went to call Mia. He rolled his eyes as Mia didnt answer the phone. He knew that she was probably with warren but he knew that Layla would want her here

"Mia? It's me. I'm at the hospital it's Layla. She having the baby. She needs you" Sami said as he left a voicemail knowing Layla needed her sister.

Sami knew that the stress of sandy had effected Layla more than she was letting on

Sami looked to see Mia as she walked in and over to him "are you okay?" Mia asked as she hugged him

"I just need to know that she was okay i should of known that she wasnt herself. I should of known that she wasn't well. I'm her boyfriend and I should of know that she wasn't herself and that she wasn't well" Sami said as Mia looked to him and smiled

"hey. This isn't your fault Layla didn't tell anyone one. She was stressed over our mum and pretending that she was okay. It's not your fault it's what Layla does as she doesn't want to worry you but she will be okay" Mia said as Sami smiled

Sami smiled as he was lead into the NICU. He looked as he looked at his baby and smiled "how is Layla?" He asked the doctor who looked to him and smiled

"she is resting but she seems to be recovering and baby is strong for now. We needs to keep an eye on things but it will all be okay for now" the doctor said as Sami nodded. Sami looked to his baby girl and smiled.

He knew that he couldn't do this without Layla and he knew that he just wanted her to be okay. But would Layla be okay and could they make it work with their baby now here?
