I sighed. I didn't want to lie but why am i even doing it? I don't know. And it's frustrating.

I closed my laptop and closed my eyes tighly.

"Gianna!" Tyler shouted.

Kinabahan na naman ako. I tried avoiding him lowkey these past few days. I'm relieve that he didn't notice one bit.

Inayos ko ang aking buhok bago humarap sa kanya ng nakangiti.

He sat beside me. We're here at our favorite place in the University, again, the gazebo.

Inayos nya ang buhok nya "May gagawin ka mamayang uwian? Tara milktea"

I gulped. I remained my straight and emotionless face.

"Meron. Maaga ako uuwi mamaya eh" I averted my gaze.

Lorenzo told me that he'll pick me up. He planned a dinner at a restaurant.

It's been two weeks since We came back to school. Two weeks of lying to Tyler.

Tinuro nya ako bago suminghap "I noticed that You're always busy. I asked Jamie about it but she said that you two don't have a hectic schedule. Why is that?"

Napalunok ako "S-Si Mama kasi... Parating late umuuwi kaya kailangan ko mauna at ipaghanda sya ng makakain parati"

"Hmm... Is that so?" He suspisciously asked.

Nag-init ang pisngi ko. Damn it, Tyler. Don't fucking ask! I'm not a good lyer.

I chuckled "Oo naman"

I fixed my things and put it in my bag.

"Sabi mo eh"

I looked at him "B-Bakit? Hindi ka ba n-naniniwala?"

He smiled "Naniniwala naman. Naniniwala din akong hindi mo ko iniiwasan at late umuwi ang mama mo. Naniniwala din akong wala kang nagugustuhan na lalaki"

Nanlaki ang mata ko "T-Tyler!" Sigaw ko

He laughed "What? I believe you, Gianna"

Nag-init ang pisngi ko "S-Sorry... Napansin mo pala"

Umupo sya sa lamesa ng gazebo "Why won't you tell me your secrets? I promise, I won't tell anyone. Even your cockroach bestfriend"

My brows furrowed "Cockroach?"

He laughed. I scoffed when I realized that he was referring to Jamie.
