Chapter 5

December 26, 1985
It was the day after Christmas and everything was going really good. Y/N got a lot of presents from her mom and dad, her uncle said he will give it to her the day after Christmas. Y/N parents went out for the day and had John (Y/N's uncle) take care of Y/N.
"Hey Y/N do you want your present now?" "Of course I do!!!" "Okay then go to my room and sit on the bed, I'll be there soon" "OKAY!!!" Her uncle grabber a cup and filled it up with water and grabbed some pills so he can have more power over her.
"Do you want some water?" "No thank you I'm not thirsty" "well you have to drink it" "mmmm no I don't" "Okay then" her uncle pulls her closer and tries to take off her pants but she saw what he intended to do and is trying to pull away from his grasp but nothing worked, there isn't much she can do. "Hell no, what do you think you're doing? You wanted your present now you're going to get it" "Noooo leave me alone, this is wrong, you can't do this to me. I never did anything to you."
He got so mad at her screaming and yelling and trying to get away, he punched her in the face and knocked her out. He tied her hands to the headboard, and her legs to the bottom of the bed separated. As he was taking his clothes off he heard her waking up, "god damnit at least let me finish what I'm trying to do and then you can wake up" she started screaming so loud he was scared that the neighbors would hear her. "You know what, I'm going to do something to you that you will never forget. Trust me" he goes to the kitchen and grabs a brand that he uses for his horses and cows, he turns on the stove to heat it up. Meanwhile Y/N stopped screaming because he left, she was trying to think of a way to escape.
Her uncle is on his way back to the room, when he opens the door Y/N is on the floor as she escaped. He puts the brand on top of the drawers, he grabs her and slaps her, "if you scream or try to pull away I will hurt you even more." Y/N was so scared that she just nodded. He pulled off her clothes and tied her the way he did before and got the brand. "Look this is a brand you never want to get into because it hurts so damn much, but since you are so horrible at listening to instructions that I will have to brand you." He places the brand on her waist and pushes it so deep that after he pulled it away Y/N was still screaming.
He started taking off the remaining of his clothes and crawled on top of Y/N, she is still screaming so he put a mouth over her mouth as he....
August 26, 2020- Y/N P.O.V.
You abruptly wakes up from the nightmare she was having. Well a memory that she was having. You remember that it took her 7 years to be able to take off that brand, you didn't want it on your body especially because of the way you got it. You were mad at Ryan because he got the brand but you needs to hear his explanation on why he got it, there had to be a reason right?.
You're on your way to to the ranch, you want to apologize to Ryan because of the way that you reacted, he didn't know why you hated brands so it isn't his fault. As you're walking up to the bunk house you see Rip. "Hey Rip is Ryan in there?" "Yeah but i don't know if you want to go in there" "what, why not?" "I can't say but if you want you can go take a look for yourself" "I'm sorry" "for what?" You're really scared and worried that something happened to Ryan, you quickly open the door to the bunker.
You saw what you never wanted to see, Ryan in bed with another girl. The wranglers see you and they look at Ryan and then back at you. Lloyd walks up to you and apologizes, "c'mon me and Rip gotta talk to you anyways, it's not like you need to do anything here right?" "No Lloyd not anymore." Colby handed you a cup of coffee as everybody got ready. Lloyd was talking to about something but you were only half listening because you couldn't stop thiking about Ryan.
As you guys finished your coffee, you get up to leave with Lloyd but he goes to grab his coat when Ryan sees you. He stops what he is doing and then looks at the girl and his bunk and then back at you, he starts walking up to you but Colby steps in front of him and Lloyd takes you out of the bunker. "Y/N!!! Y/N!!!" You hear but didn't want to go back. Lloyd takes you to Rip so you guys could talk.
"Y/N want to tell me what happened yesterday, why did you freak out at Ryan?" "It's cause he got a brand on his chest and I hate brands because of what happened to me." Then Lloyd says "what do you mean? What happened to you?" As you explained your story the wranglers are coming out of the bunk house, you finished by telling them that you came to explain that to Ryan but he moved on.
Ryan sees you talking with Rip and Lloyd and is running towards you, when Lloyd pulls you aside and Rip punches Ryan in the face knocking him down on the floor. "You fucker," he says while punching him. "Rip stop" you pull at his arm. "Fine!" He gets off of Ryan and walks up to you and gives you a hug and apologizes, "it's okay, hey I have to go because I have a meeting over buying a building" Lloyd and Rip say bye to you while you're walking to your truck, you hear someone run up next to you, you turn your head and see Ryan. "Look I don't want to see you right now let alone talk to you" "please let me explain" "you will be able to explain but not right now, I have a meeting I have to get to. Goodbye Ryan"
5 hours later- Ryan P.O.V.
"I need to apologize to her, she should be finished with her meeting." You go into town a see her go into a bar. You park the truck and get out fast so you can get to her before anything happens. As you're walking in you see her walk up to a brown haired guy and give him a big hug, he pulls her in really tight and kisses her forehead. I felt my heart break into pieces. As the door closes behind me she sees me; but she doesn't even try to come explain she just turned back around and sat down with the guy and started talking, hell I even heard her let out a giggle. I couldn't think straight and if I stayed I would hurt the guy, I needed to leave. I got in the truck and reversed out of the parking lot and started driving when...
