I found writing a way to ease my mind
A way to express my self
A way to share with others in case there going through the sameI was stuck for months
It's hard for me to express my emotions
So what I do is write
This is what I found the easiest to do
When I have something on my mind and I try saying it out loud all the words suddenly disappear from my mind
But when I have a pencil and a piece of paper I can write with no hesitation, non stop
A little paper and pencil can help me write out all my emotions inside
It helps me explain a whole life story of myself
It's a good way to cope as well
And to keep my mind off of things
When I'm sad I write
It helps me a lot
Just expressing my emotions
Saying the way that I feel
When I'm happy I love writing letters
I love writing about everything and one day when I look back on it
I can see how I have grown from all of thatI'm a very hard person to get to let out my feelings
I have my guards up
It's hard to get to know me
I'm a to myself person
I don't tell anything just to anyone
I'm just very hard to talk to
I have my reasons for that though
I honestly do try and talk sometimes but it's just hard
If you look at my writings though you can see why I am the way I am
All my life experiences have been a roller coaster
In such a short amount of time I've gone through lots of things
It gets hard some times but that's when I turn to writing
So many words to express your emotions
So many ways you can put it
In your own order
Make your own story on your own experiences
