I followed Reynold out to his car. It was small and blue. It was actually kinda cute. He opened my door for me, and I climbed inside. The inside smelled like a new car. What does that even smell like?
Anyway, Reynold closed my door after he was sure I was in, and got into the drivers side. "So where to?" I asked him. Reynold looked over at me and grinned. "How about a movie and then dinner?" He asked, starting the car. I giggled. "I thought it was dinner and a movie." Reynold backed out of my driveway, and pulled out into the street. "But that gives us something to talk about at dinner!" He said excitedly. I smiled. "I knew I liked you for all the right reasons." I said.
It took about 13 minutes to get to the movie theater. I'm very exact on time, if you haven't noticed. Once we were there, Reynold parked and opened up his door and got out. He walked around to my side, opened my door, and helped me out of the car. I blushed when he was still holding my hand as we walked into the theater. "What would you like to see Gilly?" He asked, poking my side when he said my nickname. "Ugh. I hate that nickname." I mumbled. Reynold smiled. "I think it's cute, as you are."
Dude.
This really attractive guy thinks I'm cute.
I can't.
I'm not even close but ty reynold ty.
"Well, thank you-" I trailed off, thinking of a nickname to call him. "ReyRey!" I exclamined, causing me to burst into giggles. Reynold rolled his eyes and smiled a small smile.
"2 tickets for Mockingjay, please." Reynold asked the young lady at the counter. "15.36." She said. Reynold took a 20 out and payed for our tickets. "Enjoy your movie." She mumbled, tossing the tickets on the counter. Reynold didn't seem to notice her bad attitude, as he picked them up and thanked her. "Well, how rude." I said in a motherly tone. Reynold laughed. "She defiantly wants me." He said, strutting down the hall to theater 14. I rolled my eyes. "Just go in the movie Mr. Perfect." I said, mocking his walk.

"Dude. Peeta at the end though." Reynold said, sitting down at our booth and placing our curly fries and greasy burgers on the table. I dipped a curly fry in mustard (I hate ketchup.) and shoved it in my mouth. "I know!" I said, after chewing. "He looked like he was in a straight jacket. Reynold laughed and took a sip of his Oreo milkshake. "He was, Gilly." I giggled. "Still. It was a good movie." Reynold nodded in agreement.
This had been such a fun date. It wasn't anything fancy. Just dinner and a movie, sorry, a movie and dinner. I felt so comfortable with him.
After we had finished our food, Reynold drove me back home. He got out once we were there and walked me to the door. "Thank you for the wonderful night, ReyRey." I said as we got to my front door. "Thank you for the honor of taking you out, Ms. Gilly." He smiled, kissing my cheek. As I opened the door, Reynold shouted. "Wait! I almost forgot!" He ran to his car and got something out of the trunk. He came back with a pink gift bag. "Happy Birthday!" He said, out and breath and handing me the present. "How did you know it was my birthday?" I asked, taking the present from him. "Jana." He grinned. I opened the present. "Reynold!" I said, taking out the cutest stuffed elephant. "You know I hate elephants!" I said, playfully punching him. Reynold smiled widely. "I'm helping you get over your fear!" He said. I smiled and tucked the elephant under my arm. "Well, I love it. Thank you ReyRey." I said. Reynold leaned forward and pressed his lips quickly against mine. Sparks were going everywhere through my mind. "Happy Birthday." He said again, opening my front door for me. I went inside and watched out the window as he drove away. I slid down the door with sat in the entry way. I smiled down at the stuffed elephant. It had a cute little pink bow on its head. What a wonderful night.
