Become Enemy

Chapter 6

''Chief! New victim was found dead. Also behind the bar but different bar,'' Lin told as he came into Zhao Yunlan's office room after he got a call from the witness who found that dead body.

''What?! Again?'' Zhao Yunlan asked.

Lin nods admitted.

''Call Chu ge and lead me to that place!'' Zhao Yunlan ordered while sighing to think of this murderer case that happened again.

Lin hurriedly finds Chu and the three of them rush to the murderer place. They saw the victim, a guy around 20 years old, was dead with the same method. The syringe was found near the victim but as usual no fingerprint on that syringe. Lin got that syringe and smell the drug from that syringe. It's the same drug from the previous victim, Ding Dun about three days ago.

''Chief, this guy named Gu Ying, 20 years old and a student of bio-engineering from DCU. The same class with Ding Dun. More precisely, an ex-boyfriend of Ding Dun. The bartender is the witness of this murderer. He said he saw this guy pulled a beautiful guy to here before this guy tried to kiss that beautiful guy. And you know, Chief, that beautiful guy is Shen Yezhun,'' Chu told as he got the information from the witness.

''What?! Again?! Why is always him? Aihh!!'' Zhao Yunlan sighed with his whine to hear about that.

''What should we do, chief? This case is getting complicated and that boy is still involved in every murderer. Is someone trying to frame him? Or is he the real killer?'' Lin asked as he heard that information from Chu.

Zhao Yunlan silents. What should they do? The precise question is what should he do now to face with Shen Wei once again. He may suspect Yezhun for twice and in the end may cause Shen Wei hates him more. What should he do? Should he find another clue first before catch Yezhun? Or should he catch Yezhun first and put that boy under the interrogation room?

''Chief! Should I arrest him again?'' Chu also asked, making Zhao Yunlan backs to the reality.

''Don't! I want to meet him personally first to ask him detail,'' Zhao Yunlan decided as he didn't want to hear the same words from Shen Wei's mouth about his work to not investigate first before catch the criminal.

Chu and Lin just nod. Inside Chu's heart, he knows that Zhao Yunlan is in a dilemma to face with Shen Wei once again and this case is reminded Zhao Yunlan for the case that Chu handled about 21 years ago. That Prof. Zhao's case. The syringes that were found near Shen Wei on that day also didn't have any fingerprint like this one and in the case of Ding Dun's death about three days ago. 

''Lin, call forensic and you Chu ge, follow me to DCU to meet with Yezhun!'' Zhao Yunlan ordered.

And the said person has a meeting with that guy again in the DCU cafe after that guy saved him on the last night from that rude guy, Gu Ying. Yezhun and that guy are talking like a friend when suddenly the same chief and police officer come to him. The guy with Yezhun is shocked to see that chief as well as that cold chief to that guy.

''Daqing, what are you doing here? Do you know him?'' Zhao Yunlan curiously asked.

''Dad! Well, I am just having a talk with him at here. What are you doing here, dad?'' Daqing asked.

''Dad? He is your dad, Daqing?'' Yezhun asked in his surprised to know that.

Daqing nods to Yezhun, the guy he just met on the last night and started to be friend with him, unknowingly to him that this guy is his dad's enemy's son. Enemy for the misunderstanding that both sides didn't want to solve by themselves.

''And what are you doing here, chief? Is anything else that you want to ask me about Ding Dun?'' Yezhun asked for his curiosity.

''Not Ding Dun, but his ex-lover, Gu Ying!'' Zhao Yunlan replied with his cold face, making Yezhun swallows hard to hear that name.
