Izuru watches Hajimes life from his head and makes comments likes hes watching a trash TV show.
The 2 can talk and switch and use DID terms (like fronting and stuff) but its not DID as its more like an artificial version of DID giving Izuru a lot of differences to a normal alter.
No one but the 2 are aware of their connection. Nagito has caught on though.
They consider each other brothers, Hajime the younger brother and Izuru the older
Izuru sees from Hajimes red eye while Hajime can only see form his green eye
When Izuru fronts he looks for Nagito because Nagito is the most interesting person around.
