"Beautiful! Right there! I'm glad I made it just in time to catch the money shot."
The sudden voice caught the both of us off guard. Deku stood up straight from his kneeling position from the surprise.
"Oh please don't mind me, I'm just capturing another important scene for my future book on the new symbol of peace."
He looks at Deku with a friendly smile.
"Nice to see you again, kid."
"Like wise Mr. Tokuda. It's been a while since we met for the first time. How have things been?"
"Things have been lively to say the least. What with everything that happened with the Shie Hassaikai incident and Endeavor and his fight with that powerful Nomu."
"Sorry to interrupt, but... do you know this man Izuku?"
"Oh right I'm so sorry Himiko, allow me to introduce you to Taneo Tokuda. He's a freelance journalist, he came to U.A. a while ago to write a story on class 1-A."
"Nice to meet you young lady, always a pleasure to meet a young future hero."
I bow in a respectful manner towards him.
"Same here, it's a pleasure to meet you too. My name is-"
Wait! Do I tell him my real name or my fake U.A. name? If he has connections to the media, I should probably give him my fake name. I don't want to bring any negativity to U.A. reputation for enrolling an ex-villain.
"My name is-"
"Himiko Toga, If I'm not mistaking, right?"
"Eh? You know my real name?"
"Of course I do, I've written articles on the League of Villains before. While doing some investigating and research, your name and likeness came up a couple of times. Of course nothing concrete, but definitely some rumors and legends."
I was about to say something but he quickly continued.
"Don't worry little Miss, well I guess now I should probably be saying Mrs, I trust U.A. so I won't be revealing your true identity to the public. I'll just include the photo that I took of you two in my book and call it something along the lines of 'The New Symbol of Peace goes against society by proposing to a villain.' Hopefully, this type of development will lead to more open discussions and foster understanding between the heroes and villains of our society. Right Midoryia, right Toga?"
Both of us were caught off guard for the second time and we could both feel our own faces warm up a bit from the embarrassment, but we look at each-other and gently smile. Then we both look back at Mr. Tokuda with more determined expressions on our faces and say in unison.
"Right!"
I spent about 2 hours showing Mr. Tokuda around the school.
"Thanks for showing me around the school Midoryia, I manged to get some cool shots for my actual article today."
"No problem Mr. Tokuda, please come by anytime."
"I will, If the public demands another story in the future. By the way, what happened with Toga-san? Did she have to go somewhere?"
"Oh yeah, she said she had to go take a make up test for Mr. Aizawa's class. She said she's sorry she wasn't able to hang out with us any longer."
"Well that's quiet all right, in fact this may be better anyway."
"Huh? What do you mean?"
"Listen Midoryia-"
His tone got really serious all of a sudden.
