You Don't Have To Face It Alone [Abused!BakugoxTodoroki]

Twenty- Marks

Bakugo POV

Todoroki carefully guided me in his room once Kirishima was out of sight, and Sero was right behind us. Sero closed the door behind him and leaned against it while I carefully sat down on Todoroki's bed. Todoroki leaned against his dresser, bending his index finger and placing it against his lips while he looked at me.

"He's not here now Bakugo. Tell us what happened, please. We want to help you" Todoroki pleaded as he looked at me and slowly walked up to me. He sat down on the bed and dipped his head down so we were at eye level. "If you don't wanna speak and he did something physical, can you at least show us?" He asked as he reached his hands out for mine.

I took them and looked down at them, he'd interlocked our fingers and moved them close to his heart. I looked up at him and hesitantly nodded, leading to him letting go off my hands.

I backed away from him and sat cross legged on his bed, reaching my hands up to undo the zipper, only to stop short.

"You guys won't um. If I show you, don't make a big deal out of it. I haven't even seen it myself, but please don't go after him" I reasoned as I slowly lowered my hands.

"Bakugo I wish I could promise you that, but it depends on what he did" Todoroki said while he let one leg rest off the side of the bed.

I sighed and closed my eyes, nodding as I lifted my hands back up to my zipper.

"I had it coming to me, please don't think he did it for no reason" I said as I stopped again.

"What did you supposedly do dude?" Sero asked. I didn't answer and kept my head forward, avoiding that question. "What did he do to you?" Sero asked again. This time I turned to him and gave him an awkward smile.

"I don't wanna talk about it" I said simply.

"Hey it's okay, please just show us" Todoroki said calmly, ruffling my hair a bit. I was waiting for a tug, but when it never came I looked at him worriedly. He nodded at me and I started to unzip my sweater.

It was really hot out already, so as I was unzipping the sweater I got a weird cool breeze of air. I sighed once it was fully unzipped, closing my eyes so I wouldn't have to see their faces and so I wouldn't have to look at myself.

"Bakugo...." I heard Sero start then his voice went to a whisper.

"I'm gonna kill him" I heard Todoroki say. His voice was terrifying and it was the exact opposite of his normal monotone voice. The anger was practically dripping from every word he said and when I opened my eyes to look at him I immediately closed them again. They were narrowed and his brows were deeply furrowed. His lips were down turned in one of the biggest frowns I've ever seen and I couldn't make myself look at him.

"It was my fault, really. Please don't hurt him" I said as I slowly opened my eyes back open.

"Bakugo, have you seen what he did to you?" Sero asked as he came up behind me. I flinched back so I could see him, slowly shaking my head. "Go look in the mirror" he said as he gestured towards Todoroki's full body mirror.

I looked over at Todoroki and he nodded at me, so I got up and walked to the mirror. I stood in front of it and looked at my arms. Whip marks were bright red and clearly visible on the entirety of both my arms. Some spots were bleeding a bit and others were starting to throb again. It look gruesome and horrifying, that skin could look that kind of color. I took in a pained breath and lifted my shirt up slowly, revealing my torso to both myself and the two behind me.

It looked worse than my arms. There was already deep purple and dark blue marks from the belt buckle forming in my stomach. About half of my stomach was bleeding in some type of way, and my entire stomach was either some shade of red or purple. I slowly let my shirt fall down and rested my hands back to my sides.

"I swear to All Might I'm gonna kill that bastard" Todoroki said while he glared at me. I got a bit scared by his glare and shrunk a bit, and when he noticed his face instantly softened. "Oh no Bakugo, please don't be scared of me. I didn't mean it, I'm sorry. Can I hug you? If it hurts I'll stop" he said as he slowly stood up. I nodded and he carefully wrapped his arms around me. "What did he use" he stated more than asked.

"Umm, well I,...." I paused as I looked up at him. "He used, he used a um, a towel" I said as I avoided his gaze, knowing he'd see the lie through my eyes.

"Bakugo, a towel doesn't make your skin bleed and turn shades of purple like that. What did he use. Please we just want to help" he said as he rested his chin on top of my head.

"He used his belt. His belt buckle on my stomach too" I whispered out, kind of hesitant about what Todoroki's gonna do next. He made no movement and didn't say anything after that. I cautiously looked up at him and he was staring off into the distance. After a few seconds of me staring at him while he was looking at nothing, he broke the hug up and handed me over to Sero.

"Take care of those injuries. I need to go speak to him" he said as his gaze was stuck on the door.

"Todoroki wait! It wasn't his fault! Please don't!" I shouted as I tried to run up to him, but Sero grabbed my hands and pulled me back, letting Todoroki walk out of his room. "Sero please, I don't want him to get hurt" I pleaded.

"Which him?" He asked as he locked the door so I couldn't run out and walked me to the bathroom.

"Todoroki! I know he's strong and shit, but Ei, he. Ei can...." I broke off from my sentence as I stared down at the floor.

"Todoroki will be fine, Bakugo. If he isn't back in fifteen minutes, I'll go look for him alright? You have to stay here though" he reasoned with me. I nodded and he started cleaning the whip marks.

I was too focused on what was happening between Todoroki and Kirishima right now to be worried about the pain from the cleaning supplies though.
