"That was so fun!" George smiled as he got off of the ride.

"Yeah..." I felt a bit a sick.

"Uh...y/n?" George looked over at me kinda concerned as we both exited the steps of the ride.

I felt something go up my throat and swallowed it as quickly as I could, "I think i'm all good!" I lied

George turned to me, still pretty concerned. "Oh..uh..oka-"

Suddenly I felt that feeling in the back of my throat. I involuntarily gagged and felt all the pressure being released as my lunch spilled out of my mouth as George watch it all come out, not knowing what to do.

"Uhh..." George stood there staring at the puddle of vomit on the ground. "A-are you okay?"

After about 10 seconds of pure vomiting, I felt pretty dizzy and there was a horrible after taste in my mouth.

I stood up, kinda sweaty from all the puking, "Yeah!" I sarcastically grinned.

"Dude what the fuck happened?" Clay walked down the steps of the ride, gaping at the pile of vomit.

Nick started laughing, "Oh my god, are you okay?"

"Oh my god," Claire glared at the vomit.

"Totally fine guys, pretty fun experience!" I crouched down again to settle my nausea. "Anyone have a mint or anything?" I turned to them, noticing they were all looking at me, and a couple strangers around us.

"Yeah, I have some." Claire frantically took out her purse and handed to me a couple mints.

"Thanks." I popped them in my mouth. I looked up at the sky, "Hey the suns gonna set soon." I smiled.

"Y/n, a hurricane just came out of your mouth." George slapped my shoulder chuckling.

I laughed, "Yes."

"Let's watch the sunset." Clay suggested.

Clay climbed on top of the rails looking over the downtown river. "Come on!"

Everyone climbed onto the rails, George following behind, carefully trying to not spill his fries.

"Bro we're probably gonna break this thing." Nick gripped onto the rails and started trying to shake them.

"Yeah." Claire smiled.

I swung my legs, admiring the sky that was a beautiful rose color, taking one of George's fries. We glazed at little ripples and small waves on the river as a couple of ferry boats with beautiful lights and boats passed by.

"Give me some of those," Clay put out his hand to George who was holding some fries.

George passed Clay the fries after popping one in his mouth.

We spent the next hours riding a bunch of rides and eating a bunch of junk food as stars started forming in the sky. It was a pretty cool time, some of the most fun i've had in a while. I really should go out more often.

"Wanna go now? It's getting kinda late." Clay asked the group.

"Yeah," Claire agreed, checking the time on her phone, 10:48 pm.

"Yeah let's go," Nick looked over at Claire's phone over her shoulder.

"Okay, uhm...you guys?" Clay looked over at me and George.

"Ye-"

"It's fine, we'll take the train home." George looked over at me to make sure I agreed.

I turned to him and smiled then looked back at them, "Yeah."

"You guys sure? It's pretty late." Claire checked the time on her phone again.

"Yeah." George and I assured Claire.

"Well..okay, bye," Claire itched her head as they started leaving.

I turned back to George, "Why'd you want to stay?"

"I wanted to hang out at the waterfront and stuff with you," George chuckled, kinda embarrassed.

Kinda taken back, "Okay," I replied , kinda excited, trying to hide my grin.

We left the fair and started walking along the waterfront. The vintage streetlights lighted the path. We stopped to look down at the dark water over the rails, seeing the reflections of the bridge and the lights of the fair nearby over the water as we leaned onto the rails.

"Look at that!" I pointed at a ferry boat with a bunch of lights and passengers on the deck.

I shivered a bit from the wind. I really didn't expect it to be this cold and windy considering it was basically summer.

He turned to me and noticed my goosebumps on my arms. "Here!" George took off his jacket, and put it on me.

I smiled like an idiot, trying hard not to blush, "..thanks...you sure you're not gonna get cold."

"Not at all." George smiled, also trying not blush.

I started walking, "You know I always had an obsession with these," I pointed at the vintage streetlights as George walked with me.

I checked the time on my phone really quickly, "Holy shit, 12:00 am already."

"We should probably go home," George chuckled.
