Valentine's is approaching
But my valentine ain't here
We have a love
Like ones of the forbidden
Where two hearts
That combine to be one Is broken
By the tangles and the chains Of destiny
He might not be
The owner of my red string
But please don't take him away
As it hurts my heart
I guess you can say
It is what happens when you
Try to half a heart that is made to be one
Except for the journey of the return
Isn't as sweet as the journey of the arrival
It seems like the doves have left
In search of a new love
As broken pieces are meant to be thrown
Like a shattered plate
I see mine and his heart shattering
Except you can't see it
But rather feel it
For the pain is unbearable
It feels like the end of me
For I know the feeling
The demons return
With their evil desires
