Its Thursday evening
and you are out with your friends
While I am confined in my room
wondering what went wrong at both ends
Questions fill up my mind
like the clouds that transcend
at the arrival of darkness
What did I do wrong?
Why are you ignoring me?
Where have I failed you?

I see you on my iPhone
how happy you are with her
which breaks my heart a little
cause it was my place or
is that what I think it was
the feeling of emptiness fills me
as the person who filled me
with hopeless hopes
in search of a better world is long lost
the temptation to feel emotions were on the rise
my scissors place on the rack
pulling me towards it like
I am some kind of a magnet
the next moment
I knew blood dripping from my arms
like the tears that fall out of my eyes
drip by drip
drip by drip
I finally found peace in the world proclaimed chaos by the humans
