Abby

It's been a couple of days since we arrived home. Chase and I don't get much time to ourselves. Ashley was always there, and so were Chase's parents. His friend Michael was arriving today, so we were going to have even less time together.

I woke up and felt extremely tired. I decided it would be good to take a shower. I walked into the bathroom and undressed myself. I looked in the mirror and noticed a few bruises in my legs. How strange, I have no idea how I got those. I got in the shower and then I heard the door open. "Hello?" I called out. "Is there anyone here?" I called out again. I turned off the shower and grabbed my towel and wrapped it around myself. I opened the shower curtain and to my dismay I saw Michael. He had a smirk on his lips.

"Well, Well, Well. If it isn't little miss nerdy Abby." He said.

"What the heck are you doing in here? Get out!" I almost yelled at him.

"I thought this was Chase's room. But instead I find you here. Why should I leave? We could have some fun. I mean you are almost naked." He said as he roamed my body with his eyes.

I shivered with disgust. "Get the hell out before I scream" I warned him and pointed to the door.

"Fine, fine. Well just have some fun some other time." He smirked and walked out the door. I really didn't like the idea of being in the same house as Michael. I couldn't tell Chase tho. Michael was his best friend. Nothing really happened. I shouldn't make a big deal over nothing. I just felt so uncomfortable.

I went back into the closet and changed into some comfy clothes. I had my own bathroom in my room, which is why I don't understand how Michael would confuse my room and bathroom with Chase's.

I walked downstairs and saw Chase and Michael in the living room couch playing video games.

"Abigail! You remember Michael." Chase said gesturing his hands towards Michael.

"Yeah hi" I waved.

"Hey Abby." Michael said as he stood up and walked towards me. He gave me a hug and I just wanted to push him away. He made me feel so uncomfortable, but I didn't want to make a scene. He finally released me and walked back to the couch. Just then Ashley came downstairs.

"Chase, Mom just called me and said we should go pick up some things from the grocery store." Ashley said.

"Ok" he answered.

"I'll come" I immediately said.

"No Abbs. My mom wants you to rest. She said you looked really tired lately,  Michael can stay here and look after you while we're gone."

"No really Ash I want to go" I insisted.

"Nope, you know how my mom is" Ashley said.

"Yeah you should stay Abigail. Ash and I will be real quick. Michael will keep you company, won't you?" Chase said. Looking at Michael.

Oh god no. I definitely didn't want that to happen. "Actually he should go with you! I'm fine alone! I'll just take a nap or something" I insisted. I really didn't want to stay with Michael.

"No i should stay with Abby. We don't want anything happening to her." He said smiling towards me.

His smile made me shiver and not in a good way. If I'm being completely honest, Michael creeped me out and I didn't want to be alone with him.

"No really it's" Chase cut me off.

"Someone should stay with you Abigail. We'll be back soon" he said smiling at me. I guess there was no point in making a fuss.

"Ok, hurry back" I told them. Ashley and Chase nodded and walked to the garage.

I headed to the kitchen to make myself some some lunch.

I was cooking when I felt a presence behind me. I turned around and I saw Michael standing behind me.

"Looks good. Mind making me some?"

"Yeah" I said walking away from him. I pretended to look for something in the fridge. Why was he here? I desperately wanted him to leave. I grabbed some carrot sticks and but them on the counter. I did everything I could to avoid eye contact.

I could tell however, that he was looking at my every move. I pretended not to notice and go back to making my food. I made some chicken and rice. It looked very good but I definitely didn't have much of an appetite, especially when Michael wouldn't stop staring at me.

I went over to the counter then I felt Michael grab my wrist. He pushed me against the counter and grabbed my other wrist. I tried to free myself but he wouldn't let go. He was too strong for me "what the hell Michael! Let go of me!" I yelled at him.

"You know, you don't have to act all innocent around me. I know your type. We can definitely have some fun." He said looking at me.

"Get the hell off me!" I spat at him. He held my wrists even tighter.

"Fine we'll do it your way" he said. Then he kissed me. I tried to free myself but he wouldn't let me. Then we heard the garage door and he instantly let go of me. "If you say anything I'll kill you." Was the last thing he said before he walked away.

I gasped for air. I was having a panic attack. I haven't had one in a long time. I grabbed the keys to Ashley's car and ran out to the garage.

I ran past Chase and Ashley, they yelled after me asking where I was going, but I didn't say anything. I jumped in the car and drove away. I knew exactly where I was going.

It was dark. I was at the graveyard. I ran to my parents tomb. I sat down and started crying.

Then I felt someone hug me. I instantly knew who it was. Chase.

He didn't say anything. I hugged him back. I couldn't stop crying. I was sobbing uncontrollably. We where sitting there for what seemed forever.

Once I finished crying, Chase put his jacket around me. I stood up and looked at him. He looked at me with concerned eyes. "Are you ok?" He asked. I just nodded my head.

He walked me to Ashley's car. "How did you get here?" I asked him.

"Michael dropped me off." He said. I tensed at his comment. Then I shrug it off. I couldn't tell Chase. Michael was his best friend. He wouldn't believe me anyway. He would believe Michael. Plus I couldn't risk his friendship with Michael. They've known each other for so long, where as I have only been dating Chase for a couple of weeks. I should just forget about what happened.

I gave Chase the keys and he drove us home. Once we got home I didn't give him a chance to say anything. I ran upstairs to my room ignoring everyone in the living room and locked myself in my room.

Ashley knocked on my door, but I told her everything was ok and I just needed some rest. She finally gave up and left.

I lied on my bed crying and thinking about everything. Then I heard a knock on my door. "Ash I'm ok. Just please let me sleep."

"It me." I heard Chase said. I didn't want him to see me like this. "Open the door Abigail, before I break it down." I sighed. Knowing him he wasn't kidding. I opened the door and saw him at the entrance.

He pulled me into a hug. I hugged him back.

We laid on my bed and I cried my eyes out. He just held me. Once I finished crying he asked me. "What's wrong?"

"Just a panic attack. You know I haven't had one in a while. I'm sorry for scaring you." I said. I'm glad he was holding me and couldn't see my face.

"What triggered it?" He asked.

"I don't know, it just happened. Do you mind if I go to sleep. I'm really tired." I said avoiding his question.

"Of course" he said. I'm glad he didn't push me. He just held me and I instantly fell asleep.
