I was touching up my mascara when I heard Des’ phone ring. “Hello? Hey Danny! Yeah sure, be there in a few.” “What was that about?” “I don’t know, Danny asked me to go over to their room?” “Okay, weird. See you later.”
A few minutes later I heard a knock on the door. I opened it to see Christian in a suit with a tie the same color as my dress. “Hey, what’s up?” I asked, slightly confused. “Okay, I have to tell you something. I really really like you and I know this is last minute and all but I was wondering if maybe you would want to go to the dance with me?” “Yes, of course! I would love to, I would love that.” I said with a huge grin on my face.
We went out into the hallway where Danny and Des were waiting for us. I assumed Danny had done the same as Christian because he also had a tie that matched Des’ dress.
The dance was generally a success. We all danced a bunch and we even got to dance with Toby Turner. There were a few slow songs which were nice and I found out that Christian is a pretty good dancer! But when the dance was over we had to go to bed so we could go to Disney tomorrow!
