Luz POV(next day at school, during lunch)
"Oh yeah, Luz how was your date" Gus said excitingly. "I dont think she thought of it as a date." I said casually "just two good friends hanging out, you know?" Willow muttered something quietly before I said curoiusly"what'd you say Willow?"she nodded her head and told me it was nothing. " Just then, I saw Amity shyly walk up to our table and said "heyy, umm I was wondering if I could sit with you guys today....normally I go up to the libary and just eat my lunch there, but I wanna try to be social for once."

"of course you can." I said happily as I moved my backpack next to me to make room for her. Gus greeted her with a friendly wave and Willow greeted her with a cordial, yet awkward hello. Afterwards, I started to tell that both Willow and Amity were slightly uncomfortable. "Soooo are you guys planning to bring anyone to Grom?" I asked to break the silence.

"Nahh i'm not really into dating anyone right now." Willow responded. "I think im just gonna go with my friends and call them my dates." Gus added. I looked over to Amity and said "How about you Amity??" She was silent for a minute or two. "I was actually planning to ask someone..." she suddenly said "I'm just not sure how they feel about me yet."

Being the hopeless romantic I am, I obvoiusly freaked out "Amity!! You have a crush!! Thats sooo adorable!! Who are they?? I can help set you guys up if you like. I'm a great wingwoman." Amity nodded her head and said "That won't be needed, I'm not even sure if they like me like that at all."

"Can you tell if they're getting all happy and excited while your around?? Do they go out of their way to talk to you?? Do they blush a lot..like more then a normal person?? Who normally texts first, you or them? How do they act around you? Are they cute??" Amity laughed and said "Wow, you have a lot of questions don't you??"

"What can I say...I get excited over cheesy stuff like this.." Amity said "Okay... umm to answer your questions. Yes, Yes, Sometimes, She normally texts first, They act happy and enthusiastic and are kinda clueless. and Yes."

Nobody, at least in this school, immediately popped into my head. Maybe shes talking to somebody outside of school. "Well just from what your telling me, its seems she really likes you. If I were you....I'd go for it." Amity didn't say anything to me after that. She just looked down at her food sadly.... after a minute or so I asked "heyy, did I do anything." She looked up at me and gave me a slight smile. "No, You didn't do anything..I just have a lot of work to do... thats all...I should probably go and study for a big test I have after this... um see you guys later." she swiftly got out of her seat and walked up to the library.
