Chapter 18: Berries and ghosts

I'm so, so, so very sorry! I'm not going to write a NaLu chapter here. I really need to work on Juvia and Gray's relationship. Also, do you wanna know the lyrics to Rosemary's song? Let me know lol.

"Come with me," Juvia said, grabbing Gray's arm.

"Woah, where are you taking me?" He asked trying to pull out of her grasp.

"I'm taking you to my home," she said. "You saved me, at least come to eat."

Gray thought about it. Pros and Cons, he thought.

Pros: She's taking me to her location. I'm hungry. I'm hungry.

Cons: ....I'm too hungry.

"I'm hungry," he stated.

"Excuse me?"

"No, no, no, I mean, I would love to have dinner at your house."

Juvia beamed. "Let's go!"

"Who are you?" Gajeel asked Gray.

"Gray Fullbuster. Who are you?" Gajeel hesitated. Juvia nodded at him.

"Gajeel," he finally said.

"Wendy," Wendy chirped, putting a plate full of food down in front of him.

"So, Gray-Sama," Juvia started.

Gray choked on his food. "Gray-Sama?!"

"Yes! You saved me!"

"Um...ok."

"So Gray-Sama," she continued, "Do you have any siblings, or family."

"My parents died when I was young. My friends that I live with are in Magnolia," he said.

Juvia fumbled with her fingers. "How did they die?"

"Who?"

"Your parents."

He hesitated. "They were killed by a monster that attacked our village."

"Oh," she whispered. "You know, my dad disappeared looking for a beast."

"That's....sad," he said unsure of what to say.

"Would you like to stay the night? It's getting dark," she offered.

"Sure," he said before he could stop himself.

Juvia smiled brightly. Gray bit his lip.

What is this woman doing to me?

"Rise and shineeee!" Mirajane said bursting into the room.

Erza began to grumble and covered her head with the blanket. 

"Wake up," a different voice said. Oh, right. Rosemary was still here.

"I wanna sleeeep," Erza said. She was out late yesterday.

"Y'know Mira? She had a long day yesterday, maybe we should let her sleep."

Erza's eyes widened and she shot out of her bed. Mira could see Rose?

Instead, she saw Mira holding out her breakfast, with a smug looking Rosemary behind her.

"You're lucky. Ghosts probably don't have to sleep," She told her.

Mirajane blinked. "Huh?"

"I-it's nothing," Erza stammered, cheeks red with embarassment as Rose began to laugh.
