(This chapter will contain some experimenting with C h a r a c t e r s and t e n s i o n. not anything smutty because I don't reallt know if Sig can even fuck anymore. Also, why do people like this so much it's literally just a crack fic I wanted to do.)(It's getting kinda awkward calling the reader Anata but at the same time I don't wanna just call them Y/N I think I should just have like a vote on a name for them.)
(I'm not in the mood to be serious.)
The next few weeks went by with nothing of note. It just was...a little unsettling.I never saw Sig again after that. Supposedly he was taken to the hospital. I felt so mad.
School wasn't too interesting. I know Klug had this prideful smirk permanently on his face. I know WHY too. And it's cuz of me. Great. I can't ever look at Klug the same after knowing he is responsible for Sig's smaller Sig no longer being a part of him.
Joking aside, there was a break. So I decided to use this sort of opportunity to go see Sig. "Hey." I said, trying to get his attention as we crossed paths. He must've finally been released from the hospital.
"Oh. Anata. Hi, haven't seen you in a while." Sig replied, flatly. His antennae shifted slightly. "What do you want?" He asked me, raising an eyebrow.
It's been a while since we talked, and it honestly makes me feel somewhat...happy to hear his carefree voice. "Can we speak at your place, if it doesn't bother you too much."
Sig took my hand, and we went to his house. The blue painted walls, and the flower smell. Of course, we sat on a couch. "So, what is it." Sig asked me, with a confused expression. "Is it what you wanted to say a while back?"
I blushed, as I took his hands. "Sig....Sig I'll admit. I'm...kind of in love with you.. you're...cool. I guess." I confessed, rather bluntly.
Sig's hands slipped out of my grasp. "Cool."
Cool?
Is that really all...?
I bit my lip in anger. "That's. Sorry- I- you- why is it just...cool?
Sig just stared at me. "Loves cool and all, but I don't want to feel obligated to spend so much time with another person...what'll happen to my bugs..?" He asked, rather sadly. "You're a cool person, Anata. But- I just...."
I gave a weak smile. "Don't worry Sig. I don't mind. You can keep your bugs. I just wanted to say that I guess." I reply, getting up from the couch. "Anyways, since we're here, do you want to do something?"
Sig shrugged. "I don't know. We could talk about bugs." He offered, pointing to the door. "It'll get your mind off of anything stressful."
Knock. Knock.
Somehow, it just made me smile more. "I'd like that. Can you open the door." I asked, trying not to sound timid and shy. I think it worked. Sig nodded and got the door.
When the door swung open, we were greeted with a crossed arm Klug. He tapped his finger against the book, in a rather awkward way. "So, I heard Sig was at the hospital...now you're at his house?"
Shit.
"We're not doing anything." I said flatly. "We were just talking. Why are you so concerned, anyways" I asked, tilting my head slightly.
