Chapter 2 Ariel's secret & her friends powers

Ariel was walking to her autism group when she remembers the flashback she got the night before. "That flashback might just have the answer me and my friends are looking for." Ariel said to herself. After autism group Ariel went to the elementary school and touched the same pawprint that she touched before. That's when she finally found out why they saw the wolf pawprints. "Me and my friends were attacked by wolves when we were kids. We were able to get out with just a bite mark and a few claw scratches. But maybe there's more to it. I have to analyze the rest of this." Ariel said before walking home. The next day Ariel analyzed her flashback and found out that after they got attacked by the wolves they got the power to turn into one. "So, my friends and I were the wolves at that time? That's so weird. But afterwards we went our separate ways. Haven't seen each other since then." Ariel said. Then she analyzed her first flashback. "Oh yeah, my friends and I were in our wolf forms when we came out of the forest. So, that's why we saw the wolf pawprints. Right after leaving the forest we went back into our human form and got found by our parents and they didn't allow us to hang out anymore after that." Ariel said. The next day Ariel met with her friends after school and told them what she found out. "That's what happened?" John asked. "Seems unrealistic to me." Virginia said. "Unrealistic or not, I know that something happened to us when we were young kids. I think it has something to do with wolves." Ariel said. "Ariel, that could never happen." Joe said. "But it did!" Ariel said before turning into a wolf and leaving. "What was that about?" Jane said. "I don't know." Josh said. When Ariel got back home she decided to listen to some music to calm down. "They are so unbelievable." Ariel said.

The next day Ariel wanted to go find the place in the forest where she got attacked with her friends but her friends don't want her to do that. "Ariel, it's too dangerous." Joe said. "Joe, I'll be fine. Don't worry about me." Ariel said. "Ariel, it's way too dangerous, what if you get hurt?" Virginia said. "I'll be just fine guys. Wolves are nocturnal. So I won't run into any." Ariel said. "Look, we're just worried that you will get attacked by a wolf." John said. "If anything bad happens I'll let you guys know asap." Ariel said. Two hours later Ariel came back from the forest. Ariel was wearing six bracelets, three on each arm. The bracelets on the left arm were red, pink, and yellow. The ones on the right arm were blue, green, and purple. All of them had the same wolf symbol on them. "Where did you find those?" John asked. "In the clearing in the forest, right where we got attacked by the wolves." Ariel said. "Hey Ariel, remember when you turned into a wolf yesterday?" Virginia said. "Yeah, why?" Ariel said. "Was that like a secret kind of thing?" Virginia said. "I never thought you guys would find that out. Even if I try to keep it a secret I can't keep it a secret for long." Ariel said. "So you turn into a wolf when you get mad?" Joe asked. "And you didn't even tell us?" Josh added. "Yeah, just so you guys know, it takes one small thing to get me mad." Ariel said. The next day Ariel's friends found out that they all have some kind of power when they are wearing their bracelet. Later that night Virginia calls the friends group on WhatsApp. "Hey guys." Ariel said. "What's up?" Joe asked. "Not much, anyway Ariel I have night vision power." Virginia said. "That's weird. What about the rest of you guys?" Ariel asked. "I have a healing factor." Joe said. "I have shapeshifting powers." Jane said. "I have superhuman agility." Josh said. "I have superhuman senses." John said. That's so weird, seems like you guys have some sort of power but I don't." Ariel said. "Maybe you do have some kind of power and don't realize it." Virginia said. "Maybe, but I have to find out soon." Ariel said. Then she hung up. The next day at kung fu class Ariel and Alyssa just got done with their lessons and Alyssa walked up to a pup in the class. Ariel was also on the pup level. "Where's my towel pup? Go get me a towel! Move it! That's a direct order from a senior student!" Alyssa said. Then Ariel walked up to her. "Here's a towel." Ariel said. Alyssa took the towel out of her hands. "Look, I don't want any problems." Ariel said. "Well too bad." Alyssa said before pushing Ariel down. "Oh, is little pup gonna do something?" Alyssa said. Then Ariel let out a really powerful howl which caused Alyssa to fly back. "What did I just do?" Ariel asked herself. Then Alyssa stood up. "I'm sorry, I don't know what happened." Ariel said. Later that day Ariel told her friends what her power was. "Guys, did you hear anything?" Ariel asked. "We heard a howl that sounded like it was coming from a wolf." John said. "Guys, that howl that you heard came from me." Ariel said. "Wait what?" Virginia said. "Are you saying that you have a very powerful howl?" Joe said. "Yeah." Ariel said. "That's so cool." John said. "Yeah, it's awesome." Virginia said. "Do you guys think that Alyssa knows about your powers?" Ariel asked. "No, and I rather keep it a secret from her." Josh said. "Same here." John said. "I wouldn't put it past her." Jane said. "I don't want her to know about mine." Virginia said. "Guys, she'll find out at some point. She always finds a way to figure out what is going on." Ariel said. "Let's just hope that the rest of us can keep our power a secret from her." Virginia said. "Guys, do you think we're from the same werewolf pack?" Ariel asked. "We all have some kind of power and we have the exact same wolf symbol on our bracelets so we must be in the same pack." Virginia said.

Then they go back home.
