Ariel is part of a werewolf pack that lives among humans. When outside doing something Ariel's friends meet her by a forest and they all find out that they are from the same werewolf pack. Ariel tells them about their other forms powers and decides...
A few days go past and Ariel makes a plan with the team. Guys, this is going to be the last one, okay? I don't know how this is going to work but let me tell you guys, if something happens to me you guys have to follow Carly. She'll become the leader if something happens to me." Ariel said. "So, you mean like if you die or something?" John asked. "Yeah, but listen to me, I will be with you guys in spirit. Forever and always." Ariel said. (Taylor Swift song reference.) Later that night Ariel had some moves that she wanted to improve on, even if it's the last time she is going to use them. The next day Ariel's friend from best buddies walked up to them. "Hey guys." Emma said. "Hey, what's up?" Ariel said. "Not much but I think you guys should know that the wolves that live in the forest are near extinction." Emma said. "What? The wolves that live in the forest are near extinction?" Ariel asked. "Yeah but Alyssa didn't cause this. She wants to know what she can do to make things right. She makes no excuses for the harm she caused but things haven't been easy for her." Emma said. "What are you saying?" Ariel asked. "What I'm saying is that she has been controlled this whole time. Her so called friends that are dead now were telling her what to say and what to do." Emma said. Ariel and her friends were shocked. All this time Alyssa was being controlled. The next day Ariel went over the plan again. "This has to work." Virginia said. "I don't see why it wouldn't work." Ariel said. They go into the forest to save the wolves. While saving the wolves Ariel got hit with something and went down. After her friends saved the wolves they go over to Ariel and found out that she died while they were saving the wolves. All of her friends turned into a wolf and howled.
The next day John called Ariel's family. Before he called her family he got flashbacks from all the battles they have been through together. Then he called her family and her brother picked up the phone. "Hello?" Calvin said. "Calvin." John said. "Are you okay? What?" Calvin said. "I'm sorry, Ariel didn't make it." John said. Calvin started to cry. He told his parents and John talked on the phone with all of them to arrange a funeral for Ariel. The next day Carly walked up to John and hugged him. "I'm so sorry." Carly said before letting go of him. "You can't blame yourself for what happened out there, if Ariel risked this we all did, but that's the job, alright? She didn't die for nothing." Virginia said. Then Virginia pulled out a small figurine and gave it to Joe to give to John. "Is that from Ariel?" John asked. "Ariel? I don't know, but I'm going to take a guess that it's for you." Joe said while putting the small Pikachu figurine in his hand.

The next day Calvin walked up to his sister's grave and put flowers on her grave. "I guess this is it. I'm not going to see her again." Calvin said to himself. The next day John was talking to the rest of the team but without Ariel standing beside him it was tough but he managed to talk to them knowing that Ariel is with him in spirit. "Guys, I know what Ariel would say at this point. We're part of something bigger than ourselves, we've become part of a tradition, a long line of people who have done their best to protect the innocent. When bad things happen people die but someone has to do it." John said. The next day he was talking to Carly. "I hope that one day when they finally the evil, evil goes away forever but I don't think it will so..." John said. "So try again." Carly said. Later that day Carly walked up to Ariel's grave with her dog and holding her morpher and some flowers. She put the flowers down and started to talk to her like she was still there. "I guess that the wolf thing doesn't seem so bad now, huh? We saved the forest and the wolves. Anyway you helped me to see the kind of leader I want to be, and for that I can never thank you enough. I will lead the team the best I can but I don't think that I will ever be as good as a leader like you but I will do my best. I'm going to miss you and I will never forget about you. Same thing goes for the rest of the team and you other friends and family. Once again thanks for helping me to see the kind of leader I want to be. You have no idea how thankful I am. Thank you so much Ariel." Carly said before walking away with Ariel's morpher. When she got back to the headquarters Virginia asked her if she will be okay with leading the team. "I'll be okay with this. I just think that I can't be as good as Ariel was." Carly said. "Come on Carly, Ariel picked you to be the red ranger if something happened to her. We know that you'll be a great leader." John said. "I guess you're right." Carly said before going back home. The next day Carly told the team that they were unstoppable with Ariel and how they are not going to stop. They were going nonstop.
The next day the rangers cut Alyssa some slack to see if she would be a good ranger. Later that day John was talking to Carly about helping Alyssa to make some new friends. "I think we should help her to make new friends." John said. "I don't know John, seems a little risky to me." Carly said. "Hey, you know as well as I do that Ariel would want us to help her make new friends." John said. The next day during a battle Alyssa showed up when the rest of them got hurt and destroyed the monster they were fighting. "Thanks for helping us." John said. "No problem." Alyssa said. Alyssa became the gold ranger and helped them save the world.
